Hi doctor,
I recently had laser fistulectomy last week. Post surgery, my surgeon told that he cleared the 2 small Piles lump also through laser. I have continued taking antibiotics and painkiller for 5 days twice daily . Also he adviced some anal creams to use which I am using.
But right now, I am facing pain and discomfort while defecation. As I have stopped taking pain killer and antibiotics since he advised for 5 days only. Please suggest .What needs to be done to ease out the pain.
