I'm Mexican and I would react the same đ
I'm so horrified by the fact people literally stop and take pictures of them. I'm a wheelchair user so I can fully relate to people staring... But that's just an entirely new level of personal violation. I massively admire their strength.

Which pair of twins
â@@PalmdalesAdonis Olivia and Isabella (around the 7:35 mark)
LOL I didnât even notice, my mom and aunt are twins and theyâre always doing this itâs so cool
The talk of the "gut feeling" her sister is feeling anxiety actually makes sense! Anxiety messes up your digestive tract, and they share part of their's
This was one question I'd have wanted to ask them. Is it a literal gut feeling, like their shared bowel reacting to the anxiety, or is it like a lot of other twins who aren't conjoined but know each other so well that they just "know"?
Not just the digestive tract, they also have a conjoined blood circulation, even if they do have two seperate hearts. I imagine the other one can physically feel it if the other one gets exited and their heartbeat accelerates.
Humans actually have a whole second brain in their guts, with about as many neurons as a cat; it's probably connected to both of them by a branching vagus nerve. So technically they could probably pass messages to each other, if they learned how to speak bowel cat
I loved Perez's vibe. He was so into chatting with them and was even more excited when he found out they were Mexican
And he cute!!
Isnât he the guy that ranked the girls from ugly to nice

@@hc7092 not quite but yeah? Ahahahah. Itâs Gorge from all the dating videos.
he was really genuine
I like that Carmen is introverted but she still speaks up cuz Lupita gets more anxious than her and she's trying ti make it easy for her.
Yes it is that
well everybody is like that... when you are the least introvert you will speak in a group.
I think being introvert/extravert is a slider rather than a 0 - 1 game.
How do they do kung fu
It reminds me a LOT of me and my sister. We're 2 years apart so not twins and not conjoined. But if you put us both in a social situation, I will be the ones speaking up and making the dreaded small talk, so she doesn't have to.
No, she is just eating her up, u know.
The fact that their favorite things about animals is that "they don't judge or say mean things" makes me sad :(
i loved when they met the other twins the way they were literally ALL speaking in sync was so coolđđđ
Twin telepathy. They may not ACTUALLY be able to read each others minds, but twins in general do seem to have a stronger connection/understanding of each-other than regular siblings.

has nobody noticed the entire time Carmen speaks, Lupita is Lip Synching with her? It seems like she know exactly the tone and inflection of every word her sister is about to say. Interesting. It's even the same the other way around. SO interesting. Watch how they answer the question at 1:21
OMG yes
Probably a script to get them prepared for the
THE ENTIRE TIME. It's crazy how I missed it in the first watch
I thought I was just high
They have to share a lot of nerves since their spines are joined at some point. I wonder if that is a factor in that
Omg! It's so interesting to me the way that when Carmen is talking you can see Lupita sort of mimicking the words at the same time and viceversa. They already answered that of course they don't share a brain so is normal to asume that they don't read each other's mind but the fact that they can mimic with their lips what the other is about to say is impresive, that shows that something's happening, maybe a reflex or idk but is really interesting. I wish nothing but a lot of happiness in their lifes.
I noticed that too
Wow, i didn't notice it! You are so observant
it's likely not a reflex; their spines split at the torso. any nerves that are responsible for mouth movements and cognition wouldn't be that far down. if anything, they had been prepped for the questions beforehand (as a lot of these types of interviews go) and possibly had the general answer written out already. i can only speculate about what they were thinking, but their nerves wouldn't be connected that far up
â @@neonhalos Itâs far more likely that each has their own spine all the way down.
@@OctagonCookies that's a fair possibility, but what i said still stands: there's nothing that's fused together that would cause them to share thoughts or have "ghosts" of each other's words showing as a reflex on the other's lips
That Latino guy is just so sweet and genuine, he seems to have genuine empathy for the twins
Agreed
Most importantly, he wasn't walikng on eggshells around them and just talked to them like he would with any other girl!
I know they don't want sympathy. But being a depressed introvert I can't imagine being attached to someone the exact opposite on top of being asexual and the person I'm attached to is dating. I can only imagine how mentally exhausting that all is. Bless them both for continuing forward in life with positivity.
But also the other one having to constantly take into account the other person attached to you when dating. You can never have any privacy and you share body parts.
Compromise is key. Lupita puts up with her twin dating and Carmen respects the fact that she cannot have sex.
Yes, I guess if Lupita is asexual, then Carmen canât have sex, because it would be non-consensual. On the other hand, I guess Carmen can kiss her partners.
Must be so brutal to know you can never have sex with your partner. Iâd be so depressed.
There are plenty of allo people dating aces and being fine with never having sex. Itâs not the end of the world.
When Carmen said they are proud of who they are, I started crying. That is wonderful and beautiful, and I dearly hope they mean it. Sweet girls that anyone would be privileged to know.
I think they mean it. Theyâre amazing.
7:39 Just a time code for the other twins idk i thought that was nice how the four of them bonded and Olivia and Isabella talking at the same time was cool
The fact that they have control of one leg each is insane. I never connected that they have two separate brains which would control different body parts
ikr!! the human body is so fascinating!!
Reminds me of doing a three legged race and trying to coordinate with a partner
the human brain can do anything
But are there 2 brains? I don't know the anatomy of them.
@@OfficialSuperComiks yes, they have two heads that are fully formed. also they said they donât have shared thoughts so that also confirms it.
Carmen comes across as scary intelligent- I love the way she speaks so confidently and expresses herself. Lupita reminds me so much of myself- quieter and close to my sibling who takes the lead and helps me all the time.
She's not scary at all. That's just rude.
@@QuantumLeap89 I'm not literally calling her "scary." The expression "scary intelligent" means that the person is "very, very" intelligent.
@nomasporfavor Calm down. She's not insulting her.
@nomasporfavor thats a classic english expression, not being rude.
Youre forgiven if english is not your native language
Even though they say they can't read each other's minds, I feel like they kinda do. Notice Lupita mumbling the exact words Carmen is saying, it's amazing.
Iâm a twin myself doctors were extremely considered we would have be joined. Scary to think How difficult my life could have been from something completely out my control
I canât believe people feel like they can take photos of these young ladies. Very rude and disrespectful! Wow much respect for these 2 girls! You girls are very strong! Mexican over here too!
The fact that they share the same intestinal tract is very interesting from a physiological perspective. Our gut and also our gut microbiome is actually heavily involved in our feelings and behaviour so even though they have two separate brains, their feelings are probably highly interconnected.
Huberman? :P
I was going to talk about this! The endocrine and gut reactions linking to emotions and mental states is absolutely fascinating.
I highly doubt micro gut biome heavily effects our brains. Some of the smartest humans alive eat terribly
Maybe it has to do with where their tracts meet
@@DrZudsi It's more about the fact that their shared endocrine system (those areas where messenger substances are produced) interconnects with their separate nervous systems and brains. So, to a certain extent, their chemical basis for emotions is the same, but since brains are such complex and individual structures, it probably won't have too much of an impact on their individual emotional reactions. However, nothing of that is as fascinating and beautiful as these two wonderful human beings in all their complexity.
I think itâs dope how theyâve learned to live with eachother, and how Lupita is ok with Carmans BF

this got to be my favorite episode on Jubilee. Thanks Cameron and Lupita for coming out and talk freely about your experience.
I know this should be "normal" but I am really touched by how considerate and thoughtful all these people were in asking their questions. Everyone was really careful to not overstep boundaries and showed actual interest in the two girls and not just in their body/bodies. Love this video. Really wholesome and calming. And the girls, you rock! Really cool personalities
You canât expect this to be ânormalâ. In order to be normal, it has to be the norm. Nothing about this is normal. Not saying itâs bad, but definitely not normal. Donât try to pretend
@@TAGombie being considerate and thoughtful to people different than you should 100% be the expected normal.
@@TAGombie I thought the person meant that it should be 'normal' to be considerate
@@surfinsocal100 The thing is, you just _know_ that there are different thoughts in their minds and as a Dutch person, I feel *highly* uncomfortable with people saying other things that they are thinking or that they mean.
The "pretentious" politeness makes me very anxious, it feels like someone is giving me too much space in a train and then sits uncomfortably in the corner, youknow?
If I were to say; 'Ask me anything' I wouldn't be surprised if people went; 'What about masturbation, having sex with bedpartners, what about phonecalls that are loud, what about songpreferences and what about underwear-choices or tampon-choices if both have to agree and feel comfortable?'
I mean, sure, that would be upfront, but 'ask me anything' means anything and "Ask me some polite stuff' means 'ask me some polite stuff.'
Just like; 'Give me your feedback on my artwork' means 'give me your feedback on my artwork' and 'What do you think? (with a proud face) means that they want compliments. @@Widdekuu91 Iâm sure those questions were in the back of their heads as well but also many other questions thatâs are more comfortable to answer in a weird video setting like this. If it was a podcast style video and they wanted to answer those questions it would be done just fine. Just because you are able to ask incredibly invasive questions doesnât mean you should unless someone makes it clear itâs okay. Also I mean itâs hard to really fault children and teens on how the re act to certain situations. When I was younger and even today if somebody I admire or is older than me gave me a correction on some things it was hard for me not to cry even if I wasnât that upset đ parents donât teach kids how to emotionally regulate themselves and other things that we learn to do when we are older.
I think itâs funny how the twins asked questions about being twins and everyone else asked questions about being conjoined đđđ

I think they should have been allowed to work together in tests. I mean they are going to be together their whole life and benefit from each other
On the same token, kids should be allowed access to phones during tests because they will always have them on them during adulthood
@@willswain7144 Disagree. The point of a test isnât about how well you can access knowledge, but rather to gauge how much knowledge you already know that can build upon with further learning. It strengthens the connections in our brains and keeps our thinking versatile. Theyâre also very stressful and I hate them, so đ€·đŒââïž
Agreed. No matter what, they are stuck together forever. They both have to work the same job, the same tasks, and the same outcomes together, so they should be treated as a team entity. Of course in the real world, the other twin would still need to have a certain level of competency, but they would clearly combine their me tal faculties when problem solviing at their job.
i think they'd much rather be individually tested because if they were treated as one entity, that compromises their respective individuality and they mention in multiple interviews that they will like to be addressed as two seperate people.
@@scintilliance5665 I understand wanting to have individual achievements and not being lacking or burdensome to the other. But in a job, if one is qualified but the other is not, are they hired? I noticed that too!
They have two separate brains, so they can't "read each others minds" at all. But they spend time together literally 24/7 and at some point you'll just get used to how the other one phrases things. Lupita mouthed her height when Carmen said her height, not because they can read each others minds, but because Lupita obviously knows her height and knew, logically, that that was what Carmen was gonna say. This happens between parents and kids as well, when the kids are saying something to someone, which the parent know exactly what is, you'll catch them mouthing the exact words. It's a question of familiarity, rather than mind reading.

Nobody is normal.
Wishing those two all the very best!
I think there is a point where this can become like toxic positivity, though. I am disabled and only through acceptance of being disabled have I learned to love myself, advocate for my needs and accomdations. It is not shameful to be disabled and I feel proud of myself and empowered. I cannot do things easily that other people can, and ignoring that isnât going to help me live better, but harder. Disability isnât a dirty word - it can help us define what is necessary to give others equal access. Sure, ânobody is normal,â but disabled folks/neurodivergent folks do need accomdations & thatâs OK too. (Ex. Hard of hearing folks needing captions, etc.)

@@jijoowonaluminiumtech you guys only like him because he's hot!
@@zurr9074 no the way he was talking with her
Yess he's a great guy
@@zurr9074 literally no one said that other than you bro..
Wow ~ this is such a beautiful conversation đ€đ respecful and kind questions đ
Aw I wanna be their friend, they seem so nice! I love their personality and relationship with each other.
âItâs a disability if you make it a disabilityâ wow. I have arthritis and I know itâs incomparable to this but it made me realize a lot! Thank you for sharing this!!!
Realize what exactly? That your ailment isnât a problem for you anymore?
this was such a Stoic thing, very cool mindset. takes immense strength to think this way but once you can, life becomes a lot easier
I have an autoimmune disease and yes it def hit me too. I have to remember this.
@@dinkyboss that although we have disabilities, we shouldnât let that hold us back. âugh, my arthritis is flaring up badly today, iâm not going to be able to get everything i need done.â instead of looking at it like that, look at it as inspiration to others struggling that even if sometimes there are obstacles, there ARE ways to get around them.
i love their attitude, but disabilities are still disabilities! you can't always "mind over matter" your physical condition liked some abled people say
So much respect to these girls, boss asf to participate in this
Facts!!!
Wow they had really amazing spirit. I wish someone had asked how they solve disagreements between them when one wants to go one way and another the other way. I wish the best for these two girls if they can make the most out of their lives so can I and YOU
I love this definitely helped me learn so much about them bc I know they hate being asked questions on TikTok or social media in generalđâŁïžâŁïž
That looks like it would be constant back pain from having your weight unevenly distributed and sleeping would have to be so difficult...The everyday basics that would be so challenging, these two are obviously super heroes.
Iâm sure they would have muscles to support that. Their body adapted.
@@OmgHeDidntJustDoThat Or a special bed.
Ehhhhhhh don't treat people like this or with any other conditions and such as superheroes, they're just regular humans doing human things! âșïž
I wondered how well they sleep, like do they wake each other up a lot? đ€
@@madisonwillis9591 that's the thing though, they're not regular people. They've come to terms with that and while calling them superheros isn't really accurate, it's fair to say they're damn strong considering the average person, had they been put in this situation, wouldn't get this far.
PĂ©rez seems hella chill ngl. Hope to see more reactions from him! Seemed down to earth and very engaged in this
I feel like being Conjoined Twins is a really cool disability. Itâs something I would definitely not want to have but then something I wouldnât be ashamed of having. Maybe even proud of having because of how unique and rare it is.
I love everything these gals put out! They're so much fun and so real. Wishing y'all the best!
Perez is sooooo genuine you can feel it through the way he talks
I loved the guy's questions. He was always engaged and respectful, he must have really enjoyed the experience
Seems like they are great people soo aaa and I love the fact that they just having fun with asking and answering the question
Love you, Carmen and Lupitaâ€ïžâ€ïž
You are both amazing ladies. I'm so happy that the both of you are supportive of each other. I hope that you both find the romance that uniquely fits both of your preferences so that you can both richly fulfilled.
7:44 this was the craziest twin telepathy thing iâve ever seem
âThey donât judge and they canât speakâ
Such powerful words that I can only imagine feel like refuge.
This ladies are so awesome and amazing. They are just perfect and I love learning from them. They are champions, achievers and capable of doing what ever they want
nothing but respect for these amazing people. hope they stay as positive as they are
oh i absolutely loved the two âseparatedâ twins part: they said the identical sentence so many times!
This was an humbling experience, loved everything about the twins. Very inspiring and positive. More power to both of them âđŒ
I one hundred percent agree with you! âđœ
Absolutely fascinating, one of the most interesting videos i ve ever seen!
Carmen and Lupita, I absolutely admire your strengths and individuality. Your choice for a vocation sounds solid and will reward you with the animals you care for. By all means, be happy!
I think their answer about being conjoined as not a disability is really interesting⊠like, does it not in some capacity limit them from what an more able-bodied people could do? There is nothing wrong with disability. Still, I appreciate and respect their answer to that question :)
The way that you are framing it would more be classified as an impairment. Disability, especially in the social model of disability, is framed more as societal attitudes and environments that disable someone/people, as opposed to their different physical abilities. Hope that makes sense :)
disabled people are often touchy about labels
Some people with disability are okay with the label, some arenât. Itâs like the pronoun thing. If we know the preference, itâs easy to respect their choice.
I feel like itâs more of a condition
I wish they would've elaborated on what term they would rather use. My sister has mental disabilities and although I believe she's capable of doing whatever she sets her mind to, I would still consider her disabled as she might need special accommodations in order to succeed. Not in a negative way, it's just a fact and I'm really grateful as it's the reason she's able to better experience life. I'm just curious as how they would've described that.
Rare to see aro-ace representation too! Love these siblings. I hate that people take unsolicited pics of them.. how rude!
Yeah exactly what I was thinking, thereâs not much aroace representation out here.
Uhh
@@jelly4860 why does it trigger you.
@@user-sk9bx8st5o yea, really sad. Just because we're like only 1% of the population, doesn't mean we should never get some representation.
Yeah I was shocked and happy when I heard it. It was weird though because before I clicked the video I had the thought of âhm what if one or both of them was aroace (like me)?â
Love Lupita's sense of humor and her voice, it's super cute.
I LOVE THEM ON TIK TOK. LUPITA IS SUCH A BALL OF FIRE AND CARMEN REALLY SEEMS SWEETâ€ïž Iâm a horticulture major and I had no idea they went to an ag highschool!!!
Must say, I love the set up of this interview. The people who ask the questions canât see them so theyâre more focused on the answers and the conversation at hand rather than being in awe of their appearance
8:00 Ok didn't anyone notice how the identical twins said IN UNISONE: "Wow... I'm really sorry"?!? Anyone?
I really love how they were all so respectful and sweet as they should be
I love Lupita so much she has such a great sense of humor. I love how she just roasts the world.
