You do realize Hawkins and Willis are 4 year players who aren't supposed to play much frosh year. They are at UK to develop and be veteran leaders down the road.

oh, maybe you need to check out what John Calipari does with mostly young, hyped up high school players. He has had one bad year out off 4 at Kentucky. And this one is ''the best RC of all time". That might add up to something.

The 10', 11' and 12' classes all did very well, one oddball class doesn't make it a tend.

Well, in this 2013 recruiting class, we got 5 ESPN 100 recruits, 3 in the top 10. And it took until the late signing period to get these 5.
Now I look at our recruiting class for 2016, in the early signing period, we have 3 recruits in the top 10 and then 2 recruits that are #23 and #31 overall. DeAaron Fox #7, Malik Monk #5, Edrice Adebayo #6, Wenyen Gabriel #23, and Sacha Killeya-Jones #31. And we are the favorites to sign at least 2 more people, Kobi Simmons who's a combo guard and is I believe #7 overall? I'm not sure about that but obviously we'll get at least one-two more recruits in the late signing period. So with possible 6-8 ESPN 100 recruits, 4 in the top 10, this would be the greatest recruiting class ever. You seriously would need to make a video on this recruiting class bro lol. And keep in mind, Dominique Hawkins, Derek Willis, Isaac Humphries, Tai Wynyard, Charles Matthews and possibly Tyler Ulis, Isaiah Briscoe, and/or Marcus Lee could return. I mean that team man...
And Mychal Mulder will be back so I honestly think this team next season could be better than last year's 38-1 team. We'll see how things play out
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised to see almost all of these boys come back for the 2014-2015 season. That final loss just fueled the fire even more. BIG BLUE NATION will no doubt return with a team like none other and bring home that 2015 NCAA Championship Banner to Rupp Arena!!!!

nigel wuzu Honestly I think it mostly had to with how hard that Championship loss was for everyone involved with BBN, especially after beating the odds and making it as far as we did with an almost all true freshmen team. I also think they realized their potential for next year if most of the players returned for one more season. Most importantly though I think they wanted to win a championship for the fans above all, and aside from Randall and Young leaving, it looks like I was right!
And the year before that, oh wait
I will try to make a new video IF we get wiggins, if we don't get him, then I will probably not do another one.

This recruiting class is just unreal. Except for Florida (their only real threat IMO), they should dominate the SEC. Now let's hope these guys can gel together. Not trying to be a hater and start something but UK learned this season that talent doesn't always translate to wins.

UK 2014 Team aka The Avengers!!!
Not necessarily, but this team has everything that last year's team didn't have and more. First of all, UK has a legit point guard now. I'd say they'd have made a decent tourney run if Marquis Teague had stuck around another year. Second of all, they're returning some experience. Third, the talent of this class is just off the charts. I'm not guaranteeing a national title or anything (though it wouldn't surprise me), but early NIT exit? Do you even watch basketball?

@Justin Henke you're right about Billy being a horrible coach but Tubby was a great coach!!!!! A ring,#1 seed bid,#1 recruiting class (yiu know that awesome player rajon rondo). If you ask me he's right behind ric pitino in our best coaches with rupp and calipari being the best
How do you know that? Ever heard of Josh Harrellson? Darius Miller? They were dominant players their senior years - leaders for the team. Harrellson helped lead us to the Final Four, Miller to the championship a year later. Not every player is a one and one. Willis and Hawkins can play that same role as upper classmen...and your comment would be based on how good the other players are going to be...and Willis and Hawkins will both still get some minutes this coming year anyway.
Wiggins is going to either kU or UNC. As much as I want to see him in crimson and blue it just might be Carolina blue. I'm from nc so it would be cool to see him and Parker go at it, but UNC is known for putting out NBA impact players. Kentucky has a lot of talent but ku and UNC I think are better fits for him to showcase his skills. Remember all those kids at uk want to do exactly what wiggins wants in just one season. That's a lot of kids to satisfy with just one ball.
Wiggins doesnt match UK, theres so much talent that there'd be no room for him to shine.

But I know we wouldn't be replaying it lol, Kentucky sucked under Tubby and Gillispie so I don't blame their fans for being anxious but wow...the NIT...not a game, not a game, we're talkin bout NIT.

lol they going straight to national #9 they got #1 ranked in PG SG PF and C in class 2013. Nerlen Noel #1 ranked in 2012 might stay too and he is a monster at defending(watch the 12 blocks in 1 game)

Sadly, Calipari doesn't seem to care about free throws which is stupid cause you can lose games cause of poor free throw shooting (i.e. the Indiana loss in 2011). I think the only reason we were able to beat Indiana in the Tournament that year was cause we had a very very unusually good free throw percentage in the game.
Calipari will get Kentucky in trouble with the NCAA...just like the last two schools he coached at.

Also, not taking any credit from UK beating us in 2012 title, no one could beat UK that year, it was your year after 15 years of not winning a title & 99% of KU students knew we had a slight chance of winning that game but we still cheered for our team. Everyone knows UK has the best class ever and obviously better than KU's but don't count out KU, we have so much offensive firepower unlike previous years. Bill Self is not messing around with PG's this time, we have 4 who can play the 1.
