I love to cook pork ribs, it's very easy and the result and taste are always consistently good. The secret lies in the dry rub and in the sauce. Oven-baked ribs for this recipe will turn out soft and juicy. A wonderful recipe for ribs in the oven that will delight meat lovers. Have fun cooking!
Ingredients:
1 kg of pork ribs
salt
Black pepper
1 1⁄2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 1⁄2 smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
A little olive oil
Sauce:
80 ml of ketchup
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
Bake at 180-190C for about 60 minutes
Bake for 20 minutes at 220 ° C on top / bottom heat + convection
If you have some sauce left over, you can brush the ribs with the rest of the sauce while they are baking
