Sehr lecker. Aber bei mir ohne Alu-Folie. Die Rippchen in Ungarn gekauft. Für alle beim Urlaub übriggebliebenen Forint und was ins Auto noch passt, wird Fleisch gekauft. Dann ab in die Truhe. Sehr preiswert und gute Qualität. Tiere die auf der Weide leben.

I also steam them in the oven in water, onion, and bay leaves for one hour. Then coat with homemade sauce and broil. Tchuss.
