When I allow the problem to change through my change, it will change without any effort on my part.

1/20/24 - When we look inside ourselves, what will we find? There are at least two paradoxes that I have found in my experience.
One is that whatever I give my attention to will grow, even if it is something I don’t want. I am that creative, just like my Creator. When I wring my hands and think that my problem is unsolvable or that I need to work a new angle to fix things, I guarantee that my problem just got bigger. If I want the problem resolved, my part is simply to picture the problem resolved: I ask God for help, I picture the solution, I feel the feelings I would feel if it had already happened, and then I forget about it. That is the definition of faith, putting my complete trust in God Who knows how to solve whatever difficulty I’m facing. If there is something I need to do or say, the Spirit will tell me. Faith requires my imagination and confidence in my good Father.
The second paradox is that I need to look beyond what I can see with my physical eyes and believe only what God has said about the person who is making errors in front of me. This is looking with the eyes of my heart and knowing that every living thing exists exactly the way God made them. They are perfect and complete and holy. This requires me to change my mind and to be willing to put on a new lens to look through. I can do this, not because I am ignoring “reality,” but because God is the Guarantor of the perfection of all of creation since everything lives and moves within Him. He can’t be perfect while something living inside Him is less than perfect. This is a good time for me not to believe my lying eyes.
Because I want to be free more than anything else, I am changing the only thing that I have power to change and that is my mind. When I allow the problem to change through my change, it will change without any effort on my part. I don’t need to know why God’s paradoxes work. I just need to live in the mystery that they do. The result is freedom, joy, and immeasurable love for me and everybody around me.

Thank you so much for your comment. I had never heard of "promosm" so I looked it up. It seems to be specific to CZcams and means "self promotion." I would love to hear your specific thoughts on my self promotion. My intention is to share that my understanding of God as love and our oneness with God and each another is leading me to a life of joy. If we are all one, my joy can spread to everyone. I just share what I am doing in hopes that those things will resonate with my brothers and sisters, bringing them into a life of joy. It is our joy and love that brings peace to the world.
