The time delay depends upon capacitor muf and resistance value. If 4700 muf 25 volts Capacitor and 220K resistance is used timer delay is about 10 minutes. If 750K is used, timer would be 45 minutes. Less is resistance value less timing. The discharge of current stored in capacitor is in proportinate with resistance value. ( curve linear not directly proportional).T=RxMuf value. Variable wire wound linear resistor of more than 5 watts is preferable.Time delay depends upon capacitor muf and resistor value ( both are suitably variable ).
