Salt does not increase blood pressure; it's something we all need, especially if we're exercising (sweating) on a daily basis. Without salt you will dehydrate and endanger your health in many ways. But store-bought salt is deficient in minerals, and that's the problem. I use Redmond Real Salt. It might seem a bit pricy at first, but I only have to order it once every three months. Worth it. I recommend adding cucumber slices or even better, juiced/blended cucumber. Cucumber has more magnesium, calcium and potassium than lemon.

Why distilled?
@@jessecuevas4669because distilled water is the cleanest water. Its nothing at all in it. Its sterile.
Pink sea salt has a ton of microplastic in it as well it is not regulated during mining so they use dynamite…it has radiation as well. Use sea salt
