    2 questions, 1 do treadmil mile pr’s count because I did 5:27 on a treadmill, but only 5:39 on a track. 2 I just hit a 11:55 2 mile pr but is that good for someone who runs a 5:39 mile

    last summer I had 3 stays in the psych ward at the hospital because I was ready to end my life. It was so encouraging to hear the interview and to remind myself there are so many people fighting similar battles. Now if only I could get into running!!!

    600 GRAMS OF CARBS!!!! THATS AMAZING. My doc put me on keto and my carb levels are normally less than 30-40. Lost 100lbs on it now I'm trying to incorporate exercises next
