Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 2.0 Review: Best Bluetooth Headphones Out There?

  • After trying out 20 to 30 different bluetooth headphones, and Amazon closing my account for returning too many of them, I finally landed on the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 2.0. For my money, these are some of the best bluetooth headphones you can buy right now.
    I guess Sennheiser is calling these the HD 1 Wireless now? And bumped the price back up to $500...

    Excellent Video ~ you covered every conceivable category & your tone was ‘just right!’ Thx for your obvious effort & preparation to make this a Deal Maker Video (for me, at least).., I’m off to buy these w/ Amazon - I’ve been struggling [even, Agonizing..!!!] over which cans to get to replace my Sony MRX1000’s - they (like many others) cracked in the headband. 🇺🇸

      +Trey Shuford appreciate the kind words! Do you like the videos where I am shooting top down using the product better (like the phone reviews), or the ones like this where it's like a photoshoot with voiceovers? Just curious because this is the first like that I've made, and I'm not sure if I like it more...thanks again!

    • @TreyShuford
      @TreyShuford Před 7 lety +1

      Personally, I prefer the B-roll shots with voiceovers. I think the top-down videos have their place for people who don't know how to "tinker" or wants to know easy a product is to setup or use. The voiceover videos just seem more polished, refined, and more professional. Then again, I never really liked the top-down/unboxing-type videos. With voiceovers, you take the time to write or at least think about what to say so it becomes a nice, bite-sized video that keeps everyone pulled in and not bored. That's just my opinion and how I feel. Feel free to message me for any other feedback dude I'd love to help. TLDR; Voiceovers to me are better

    Great Review, i own mine since april, and love those, the sound quality is WAY better than my ex QC15, (can't compare the sound with QC25 since i does not used one for a fair amount of time).
    To me the noise canceling is just OK, not so quiet as Bose but it does not cost the sound quality, i think this is the most "equilibrated" bluetooth headphones out there, in terms of Build Quality, Sound, Noise Canceling, Comfort, Battery Life, its not the best in all those points but certainly does a really good job in all categories.
    I have brought mine for $430 at hong kong freeshop and i can say, that was a GOOD deal because the MSRP of $500 is fair considering all that it can offer, so if you want one and find it below $500 grab it and will have no regret.
    Any way the video has ALL the info anyone needs, once again, great video!

      +astrosbr thanks! The Bose definitely has the best ANC. The sennheiser does an adequate job, but the Bose blows it out of the water. If your commute isn't really that noisy, I'd go with the Senns. If it gets pretty noisy, they might not have enough noise cancelling to keep the volume down at a safe level.

      I don't know of any shop that has a bunch of high end headphones that you can try out.

    This is the best, most pleasant review I've seen on CZcams in forever, well done! I consider hardwarecannucks to be the best reviewers on CZcams but I think they just got a contender

      I think they are the same.None the less,from what i heard,through bluetooth,the quality is reduced compared if you plug the cable in them.Good thing they come with a cable.

    Anyone that has this headphone: Do you experience any lag when using it wireless to watch videos or play games?

      No lag. They are in sync with CZcams videos.

    i purchased a pair today and unless mine are defective the volume is horrible. I literally kept thinking my device wasnt all the way up. They will be returned and at 400usd and my first Sennheiser purchase I am not impressed. Compared to a pair of Beats Studio3 these didnt even come close to volume. I know that music is not just about volume but if I feel the need to consistently turn up the volume on a $400 pair of headphones I think there is something wrong.
