yep... Americans eat dumb and only eat mostly muscle meat which is incorrect... most other cultures around the globe eat organs and stuff more regularly. the nutrition they have is unmatched compared to muscle meat
I didn’t know chicken hearts was something people ate and put in dishes. But I guess anything deep fried could be tasty. That “taste like chicken” comment was too funny. I don’t think I’d try it. But it was great watching you cook it. The way you used your hand to flour them was nice to watch😍
