And so i started the cb shield cast with one hand 2 KG Club And after that with 2clubs alternating shield cast. That works, and my shoulders are getting better. Today i got my new 4 KG Clubs. I’m going to start using adjustable kettlebell and would like to do heavy club and mace as well. The Adex is out of reach right now but thought about starting with a 15 lb club and 10 lb mace to learn the movements for the first year?

@Mark, I got carried away training with Heavy club and it F** up my underarms. Overstraind and my grip strength is in the basement. The rehab is no joke cause your hands is always working. Any thoughts about this?
What do you mean underarms? Your forearms or your lats?
There are some great and simple posture resets you can do to realign your shoulder girdle and get the thoracic spine moving again but it depends on what you mean by

@@johns2844 awesome, I wasn’t trying to be rude it’s just hard to answer without clarification. The forearms can take a beating - and usually take a lot of stimulus to grow. If they bother you again then using hot/cold baths can help or a bucket of rice - put your hands in and work it around to get the blood flow.
I’m a strongman - so I bend bars and rip decks of cards - my forearms have taken a beating but it’s really the tendons and ligaments. that will take time to heal if pulled

What about a half-kneeling version? I imagine doing the same movements but trying to resist more because of the legs being partially out of the equation.

Yes, I am eagerly waiting for this to drop as well.
Working on the release page. Trying to get phase one up next week and release in phases. Phases 1 is 6 weeks. But it gets it out faster and then the uploads for the other phases can run in the background
