Epson ET8550 Sublimation settings on Mac

- Check out this video if you're having trouble with you're print setting on an Epson ET8550 using a Mac computer. This video will show you how to adjust your colors & were to find most of the printer options such as how to mirror your image, change print quality settings, select what paper tray you want to use and adjust your colors manually.

so following your video I don't have the color matching or print settings on my current options on my Mac. my issues is the colors print out really light not full and color full, I'm new to this so my current software looks different or not having the same options when I'm looking at different videos. any ideas?
Same!! How do we get the advanced settings? I have them on my old epson...

Did anyone find the options for this? on new Macs? Im on Sinoma and have no Colour Options or Management, advanced settings etc even on the latest drivers.
@tomstarkuk ive spent an hour on the phone to apple they couldn't help and epson tech were a joke the woman wouldn't wait for the install which never worked gotta call again tomorrow the woman from epson blamed apple. if I get this sorted ill come back and post here
Thanks for the video. Are you using DTF ink or regular ink? If using DTF ink, what is your printer color order? Thanks in advance.
Where do you design your image at first? I tried to upload my design into design space but can't save it as the size I need it for a 20oz tumbler because the image is too big for the print and cut feature in design space.
In design space send your image to print, once you do that there will be a save as pdf option on the lower left side. Click that & save your image to your computer. Then upload it into whatever software you’re wanting to use. I use Canva to resize mine. You can also screenshot it from your downloads file and save it as a png file.

I’m guessing Your printer drivers did not install correctly. Try reinstalling.
I'm having the same problem ive tried reinstalling numerous times and nothings happening any advice

How do you save images from Design Space to your computer?
Once you send it to print, The lower left will give you the option to save as a PDF.
Can you just use black ink in the photo black fill tank and in the gray tank? So it would be black, black, cyan, yellow, magenta and black… would this work?

I can't print borderless, can you help me?
My prints look good but seems my reg black is not getting used. It's always full when i refill the others. Any suggestions?
This is a true photo printer so it would make sense that the photo black is used more. Nothing you can do except buy an extra bottle & refill when needed
Do you know how to fix my printer is only giving me yellows and reds 😭😤 I never had an issue idk how to fix it
Find an image that is mainly the colors that aren’t printing & send it to print. Some call it a purge image. Keep sending it to print and after 15 or tries, it will usually unclog and print.
