I'm also glad that a female abuser, an often overlooked part of the overall picture of DV, actually did get ousted.
Hopefully she was charged but honestly I doubt it. The legal system here is absolutely useless when it comes to handing out sentences to female criminals and even moreso in charging them to begin with.
It's gotta change. I mean this dude came into work every day for a lazy, do-nothing husband beater and she gets away with a mere no-fault divorce to go do it to another man?
That's ludicrous. If a dude was the abuser, he'd never get out with a mere divorce. He'd be in jail and probably forced to pay mounds of money for restitution.

How, to "go on..."? Folks, they have CHOSEN. Do you understand, that if they had their way, you would NOT HAVE A CHOICE?? How can "co-existence" EVER APPLY when the "They", is bound to destroy your freedom, and eventually you?? Diplomacy?? Compromise?? Words for Defeat, my good People.
It isn't that Potato-headed POTUS. It's the whole enchilada. The derelict, lawless and renegade FRANCHISE, known as THE UNITED STATES SERVICE CORPORATION(i.e., the "Federal Government"), must be served Writs, of Mandamus, and Quo Warranto. It is a standing testament, to the treasonous capacities of compromised men. Lawless Act, after Lawless Act, "passed" by past Traitorous iterations of "Congress", buttressed by the lawless "Executive Orders" of the Executive branch, and then blithely overlooked by a supposed "Supreme Court". The entire Franchise, has abused the Constitutional Contracts of the Franchise, and must be remanded to We, the People, through our State Attorney Generals, who have the standing to file these Writs. Period. We can then Vote new "leaders" into position, to begin repealing decades of despotic "legislation", that have seized control of the "free market", early, and often.
YOU WILL NOT JUST "VOTE" YOUR WAY OUT OF THIS, "US CITIZENS". That you call yourselves "US CItizens", shows how much damage was done by the allowance of the formation of the Rockefeller-controlled "Department of Education". Clueless Nation, led by those who bear false witness. As Yahweh Elohim stated: "My people are destroyed, for lack of knowledge.."
Democracy, is a garbage word. The closest thing, We have, to freedom, is a Representative Republic. Sadly, those who have been "selected" to serve, in far too many cases, were little more than shills for the Banksters. What needs done,is a return to COMMON LAW which is LAW OF THE LAND. The reason: These PIRATES, who use admiralty law(Ever notice the US Flag with the Gold Fringes), to commit FRAUD against We, the People, who were ONLY EVER TO BE RULED BY COMMON LAW. The Treasonous Tripe, aka the 14th Amendment, LAWLESSLY "created" a new class, the "US CITIZEN", in direct contradiction to what the Constitution had provided. So many "acts" and "amendments", that have GROSSLY INSUFFICIENT CONSTITUTIONAL BACKING, are now considered status quo, that the UNITED STATES SERVICE CORPORATION, IS DE FACTO.
What is it called, when you tell half-truths, or deceptions, and it costs someone else their money?? FRAUD. What is it, when you tell half-truths, or deceptions, and it costs someone else their life? MURDER. Guess what? The UNITED STATES SERVICE CORPORATION(aka, "the Federal Government") is commiting both CRIMES, EVERY DAY. IF WE HAD LAWFUL, CONSTITUTIONAL OATH-BEARING SHERIFFS, WE COULD HAUL EACH AND EVERY OFFICER, OF THE UNITED STATES SERVICE CORPORATION, WHICH IS CHARTERLESS DUE TO ABUSE OF THE FRANCHISE, INTO COMMON LAW COURT, AND CONVICT THEM ALL, FOR BOTH FRAUD AND TRESPASS.
TRESPASS. These "Officers", of the UNITED STATES SERVICE CORPORATION, need to be hauled into Common Law Courts, and held liable for the Fraud, and Trespass, they have performed, upon State Nationals, of the Geographic location, known as The United States of America. US CITIZENS, are RULED, by the USC, the UCC, and the CFR. Unless you are a physical RESIDENT of Washington, D.C., OR, are a Public Servant, YOU ARE NOT A US CITIZEN, and thank the Maker you aren't, because US CITIZENS, do NOT ENJOY, the Protection of Natural Law Rights, that the Constitution of the United States of America, was Crafted to give.
Bread and Circus?? LEARN YOUR COMMON LAWS, PEOPLE. DEFENSE, IS NOT JUST FOR THOSE WITH MONEY, NEVER WAS. FIGHT FOR YOUR OWN RIGHTS, PRO SE. LEARN YOUR COMMON LAWS....THINK MAGNA CARTA, FOLKS. THINK THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BOTH WRITTEN, IN COMMON(NATURAL) LAW. Few even understand, that LAW, is an acronym, for the Three, Separate Areas of Jurisdiction and Jurisprudence. Land, Air, Water. Land is RULED, by Common Law. "Air", is RULED by Ecclesiastical(Think the Vatican) Law, and Water is RULED, by Admiralty Law. Think of THE OUTRIGHT PIRACY, THAT HAS BEEN COMMITED, EH??
"Religion", was employed HEAVILY by the First Fruits, which were CUT DOWN, by the Elohim, in Jeremiah 4:23. It is the same old stupidity, that the Remnant of Atlantis who established the first few "EgyNope. Voting in national elections, is bread and circus. The Narrow Road, is beginning the process of vetting those who are running for Sheriff. Don't care the County(or Shire). Get it in your head, that where the Rubber meets the Road, Common Law, IS THE LAW OF LAND, PERIOD. Sheriffs, are the Chief Law Enforcement(A COMMON LAW "PRESIDENT") in their County, and ANSWER ONLY TO THE ELECTORATE(Populace of that County). Key Key Key. The Magna Carta(for the UK), and The Constitution, are both Written in Common Law, as they Govern the Land. Legal, refers to either Admiralty Law(The Waterways), or Ecclesiastical Law(Think the Vatican). The introduction, of any matter of jurisprudence, in a jurisdiction other than, the one already prescribed, is PIRACY, and must be Treated as Trespass. Toss in Fraud, for the added LAWFUL KICK, and We, with the Aid of Constitutional Oath-Wielding Sheriffs, can drag Each and Every Officer, of ANY National, State or Local Franchise(or it's subsidiaries), into Common Law Court, Try Them for Trespass, and Fraud, for EVER USING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, AGAINST THE UNFRANCHISED, COMMON LAW FREE PEOPLE OF THIS LAND. Legal, pertains only to Admiralty, or Ecclesiastical Laws, as they deal with FICTIONAL ENTITIES. LEARN COMMON LAW, TAKE BACK YOUR LANDS.
ptian Dynasties", brought with them, that then the soft-headed Babylonians borrowed. RELIGION IS THE SAME OLD VOMIT, SO DONT BE THE DOG
Remember Mr. Bill Cooper, as well...he lost everything, for the Truth. My Anchor, is the Knowledge, that I Will Be There, to Witness Their Oblivion. That They will be Gifted a One-shot Existence, for their Short-lived Reign of Error(or Evil, if We must) in this Place. That Truly, Noone, is above Yahweh's Law

Woman... I've been married for close to 50 years. My father-in-law was self employed. He refilled vending machines he placed at swimming pools, hardware stores, and similar places. He retired with over 2 million dollars in the bank. How? Sacrificing and investing. They lived frugally and planned for the future.
But, they didn't teach their children anything about money.
I grew up with a mother who tightly managed money who didn't teach us anything about handling money. Dad was a college professor. Her taught us everything about religion, society, politics, and life skills. But not money.
When I got married I turned the money over to my wife. In 6 months we were in debt. We took years to get out. Then it dawned on me that I'd never had money issues until I got married. I took over all the finances. My wife was thrilled. She became a better wife (and mother) in every way.
It's a very good thing I took over the finances because we've both had serious health issues. I'm recovering from my 27th surgery a little over 3 weeks ago. It'll be repeated on my other hand and there's more coming. My wife is recovering from Red Skin Syndrome (very painful) and has other issues.
I managed to pay off our house, but did something I thought I'd never do; invested in a relative's business, which COVID (actually the government) caused to fold and now we have a mortgage again because of it... I wish I could retire, but now I don't know how I can.

It is a terribly sad story, as well as uplifting. We live within a strict budget. I have been a stay-at-home mom for 18 years now, raising my daughters. Each time a child leaves home, I get a budget cut for the household. All expenses, like school fees, electricity, etcetera, are part of my budget. It gets paid each month. To such an extent, our electricity bill is paid in advance.
We learned a few things over the past few years. Allways remember: penny wise, is pound foolish. If you need to fix something, buy the best you can. Going cheap can and WILL cost you three times more over time. If you are not sure how to go about fixing something, get someone to do it for you. We learned that the hard way.

My older brother was in a relationship like this in the 90s. It was more mental and financial abuse than physical abuse. My brother is a sound guy and used to travel with some of the biggest bands of the 80s and 90s. He went on tour about 3 months after they got married and was sending his paychecks home so she could pay the bills. She worked as well, but my brother was the main breadwinner. He came home after 8 months, and he was broke, and his condo was in foreclosure. I dont know where the money went, and neither does my brother, but we know she spent $4500 on Christmas gifts for her family. My brother sorted the foreclosure out and filed for divorce. Her mother had the audacity to say that my brother should sell the condo and give her daughter half the money. My brother laughed at her.

It's so true about what you said about the amount. A friend makes close to 1/4 million a year and his wife (who doesn't work) "handles the finances". He checks the mail one day and finds a letter from the bank detailing how their house is going into forbearance due to payment not being made for the last 5 months. When he asked her about it, she got mad and told him not to worry about it. He started actively looking at their financial situation and was shocked. He's earned pretty much $1million in 4 years and had $12 in their bank account. She couldn't account for the first $40k he had made this year. He has taken over the finances and filed for divorce. It's not an income problem, its a spending problem.

I was offered a job with the post office, and she never told me about it. I later found out she was intercepting my mail, too. I was stuck in a cook job because she would stop me from ever getting calls, when we did have a phone, with job offers. It was down hill from there. Thank God, I don't have to live with roaches anymore. The rest of those 35 years I had to pay child support that kept me even poorer. I got cancer in 2007 and that was the end of my working life. I got on Social Security Disability in 2009 because of the cancer treatments. Now I get more money per month than I ever did when I was still paying child support. I am remarried and the happiest I have ever been in my life.

How about 50 dollars a day what about 100 or 200. End of day no amount of "managment" can eliminate need for food or rent. It can lower it 10-50% depending on circumstances. But if all the best deals in town and cut everything but essentials and it adds up to 2500 and you make 1800 doesn't eliminate it.

I'm in a similar boat with an employee who's in need of a more reliable vehicle, and being in my line of work as an auto repair shop owner, I bought something that need fixed, and gave hit to him, bc his finances don't allow a car payment, I'd rather lose the few grand giving a car away, then to lose 10x that money on the loss of productivity. And it's a win win, he doesn't have the pressure of another bill added, and it keeps my work atmosphere clean, and positive. Kudos to you man.

Great video. I was just like your employee 25 years ago. Physically and emotionally abused, financially strapped. If I made $1500 a month my wife spent $1700. It was awful. Divorce is painful but necessary. I am now doing much better, and am happily married to an awesome woman.

I love how you say master story tell!!! Truth is I think I suck at talking. I this video took 4 days and 8 hours of recording to get it right, because I am really not that good at talking. But I appreciate your comment, and its nice to know the time paid off.

@@JamesButlerWellAndSepticLifeyou are a great talker. Love the blunt truth and no matter what you keep a straight face. We need more stories with your brother too. I was married to a fake narcissist woman for way too long. Now I am with a loving woman that believes the relationship is a 2way street.

@@JamesButlerWellAndSepticLife any decent writer knows the value of editing, and your efforts paid off. It may not have been a graceful process to make this video, but it was a smooth, effortless thing to listen to, which is the standard for any creative product. You made 15 minutes go by quick, and I could've listened to 15 more. Good job.

You are definitely the weirdest sewer contractor king that I've ever heard of.
You're brilliant, you're very level headed and I think you'd fit in quite well wherever you might choose to go.
    You're definitely not stereotypical.
However you got to where you are, I'm thinking you probably pulled yourself up by your bootstraps and made it happen by sheer determination.
You've made yourself into quite an admirable man.
Congrats, your hard work has definitely paid off and then some.
The world needs about 100 million more of you! 😊

Your employe sounds like a good man that deserved much better than that evil person he was married to. I’m happy that he’s happy now and found a woman who loves and treats him as much as he does for her. Also he is very lucky to have a boss that cares about his employees beyond the job site.❤
