Donald Geter Jr sounds good, I may go for for 450 then and do the return less system. I'm using a 5831pte turbo it's rated for 585 hp so I'm think it should be plenty. Did the k20 come with forged internals like the s2000 did?

It's a magnificent build, but do people research turbo efficiency at all? By the time this turbo spools up the engine is nearly at it's rev limit.

E85 fuel usually hides tuning gremlins. Especially running stock internals @ 600bhp.

Its on e85, with a high compression, and with a gt35, all those things = more power on less boost
