On 12-25-22, an elderly lady with her nurse/helper was paying for a lipstick but before giving the money she wanted to change the color of it as it wasn't what she wanted. She went back and got another one of the same tone as all of them were of the same tone. She was so confused as the cashier and helper just wanted to carry on with the transaction and leave respectively. She also had a hard time paying and carried a lot of bills.
