You might still be on your phone, scrolling insta or FB or whatever getting ready to head to bed. You just don't want other people texting you because you've had enough for the day.
"Heading to bed" doesn't mean you're going to go to sleep in that moment. People need to realize that and not take it personally. It just means they're getting ready to wind down for the night and don't want to be bothered by trying to keep up a conversation.

As someone who is lonely and on dating sites. Tinder and bumble are awful and its soooo bad for your confidence.
Drop that stuff, also socials - start setting small goals, just work towards them - exercise in moderation will change your life, don’t do it for a SO do it for YOU.
social media is one of the worst things to have unrestricted access to. lets not even get into the conversation of the affect it has on a developing mind. it is a plague upon the first world. at least before its mass usage people could be amicable towards one another. social interaction has become so dysfunctional since its inception.
