I used to be very self-conscious about me dancing in public until I’ve come to realise that as long as you’re having fun there’s no way you could look stupid. Everyone has their own beautiful style and this video just shows that so perfectly ♥️

I love how the girl in the white jacket at 3:20 was shy and hesitant at first but after seeing her friend dance 4:09 she joined and then went all out! It was so cool to see her gain the courage. She was really good!

Yeah .I couldn't put my finger on it either but it is wonderful to watch. 🤗
I think it has something do with just letting yourself go, its freedom which is something we rarely get to do. It made me tear up as well, I felt joy in my soul and it made me want to dance so I did, after a second of feeling weird I let go and went with it. So now every morning 15 minutes before work I turn this on or an upbeat happy tune, dance freely in my livingroom and bring the 'happy' on 😊 it really changes your day.

This was so cute!! It gave me the biggest smile! I especially liked when people danced with their kids or pets. My dad and I danced to “I hope you dance” at my wedding and I still try to live by it now! I’d be jumping in that circle with gusto!

Great idea, Thoraya! I love to dance, so I would have been down for this! An amazing way to relax and relieve stress. Easy to differentiate the folks who dance all the time, and the ones who have trouble finding their groove.

My 2 favorite parts of this one are 1) the incredible number of people who you gave the gift of pure joy and release, that is truly special, and 2) the "shy" young lady in the white jacket who went from "No way!" to taking over the circle and owning it with sharp moves - the transformation was stellar:) Keep dancing girl!!

I was having such a bad morning filled with sorrow, regret and grief. This video has been saved in my Watch Later playlist for weeks and I kept scrolling past. I finally decided to watch and I’m happy that I did. Watching these people dance and not care whose watching really put a smile on my face and joy in my heart.

Seeing the dad dancing with his daughter on his shoulders made me cry. My dad died when I was thirteen months old so I never got to dance with him. I was crying with joy that she got that memory. Carry on with the dance everyone, everyday...it will make you live longer and happier.
Brings a tear to the eye because we just forget to be us and every now and then we forget and we are just happy for that 2 minutes and that is all you want to feel just lovely.
