    The bear at the end of Snowpiercer tells us that one aspect of the narrative inside the train is a lie: ALL life outside the train is extinct. Clearly, some life has survived, and if there's a predator, there must be prey, which means a good deal of life is out there. The people at the end may, in fact, become bear food, but for me, the message is... life finds a way.

      @awildfilingcabinet6239 Před 4 lety +46

      Yes. If a polar bear has been able to survive, humans could definitely survive. The issue is that none of the world were equipped for the sudden temp change, so it’s likely that all human life as well life outside of the Arctic died. In fact, it’s kinda surprising that the bear survived, as they’re the most dependent on the rest of the food chain, and that was probably significantly disrupted as the arctic suddenly changed with the rest of the world. As it stands it would be one of the worst mass extinctions in world history, but life would recover, and hey, maybe intelligent life will eventually evolve again and learn from our mistakes.

    • @smiler6326
      @smiler6326 Před 3 lety +2

      Learn from mistakes if there is nothing surviving on records then that is unlikely I mean it’s happened a few times already civilisation been wiped out and others repeating there mistakes it’s only in last 200 years this actually started to stop. There is proof ancient Egyptians had ways of producing electricity in forms of battery pots but then no one used anything like that for another 2thousand years so if this happened it would be a very slow recovery very slow

He even puts the name of the channel in the title and the original link in the description and mentions the original theory constantly. Sloth: This is one that he most definitely does not commit.
      Wrath: there are a few scenes where he's angry but does that really count.
      Envy: This is a difficult one for me to define but maybe he's envious of Charlie at times.

    I don’t think it counts as a rip off, when they explain at the very start the original source and creator of the theory. They also put it in the main title that it’s a follow up of Rhino Stews original video, along with the link to Rhinos video in the description. I honestly think he is just giving his take and opinion on the theory itself and not actually taking credit for coming up with it.
