Just got these. They are really nice. I hope they are a deterrent for them to move on to next car. My car is nowhere long enough that I wouldn't hear or see them going the extra step to get these off. They make your wheels look really nice as well
@Rimgard I have to say I was a little nervous that I would have to send my new locks back to you all after seeing the disk install for AMG. But nah, the 5-spoke locks fit my AMG C-Class perfect.
happy with my investment so far but they did loosen my wheel caps to the point where if i tried to install the caps without the rim guard they are too loose to stay in place.
we include the putty as one way, tape is another way, google and there are several hacks to find online. Ultimately removing the wheel is the last option.

@@dubdsy5376 some caps can sit really tight. make sure the cap is dry and clean and the putty "hand warm and really sticky - stretch it fro a while and it will work. try duct tape. worst case you need to remove the wheel and pop the cap from the inside.
We recommend our customers ot remove the lock in order not to offend anyone. We also believe that it is more important to sleep well and have peace of mind knowing you will keep your wheels than to worry about annual service on the car.

Funny thing is you can’t carry the boot and wrench in your car but if your tire blows then what...in pocket everywhere I go but guess what...if your job doesn’t let you bring metal objects in or anywhere you go they gotta go in the car right? Lol trunk or something
That's why we use an actual key instead of a socket like other wheel locks. Our key is to be kept on your keychain, and the spare one in a safe space. You also get a keycard so that you can order new keys, should you need to.
IMO: 1. Easier to steal a car than just the wheels. 2. Very few wheels are popular enough to be stolen. 3. I would rather get new replacements from insurance company than get the wheels fixed from damage from the thief trying to steal the wheels. 4. Pain in the ass looking for the key or losing your key. 5. Any lock in any application can be defeated.
All around Houston right now Honda Civic wheels are getting stolen. Only the wheels and even in gated communities with Police surveillance. It's definitely a must here and I'd much rather have to wait only to replace tires, rather than rims + tires. For the keys, you get two keys and a master card where they can make you a new key so that's pretty cool I guess unless you're prone to losing things! :)

I Got These Locks A Year Ago. On My Honda Accord Special 2021 Sonic Pearl Gray. No Problems At All. These Locks Are The Truth. Rims Can't Be Stolen.

They should have made rubber covers for the cylinders to prevent rust
I have to remove all wheels and install the flat inserts from inside of my wheels. I knew it wasn't done correctly since they weren't properly secured
