For all those that donât know âfry sauceâ is an original fry condiment invented in Utah. By a local burger joint. Over the years it has made its way to other states.
This is a traditional Puerto Rican sauce. When ever I make it for the kids they like it with black pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika. You can use it with fried fish, hotdogs, on burgers, or just use it as a dip for what ever itâs delicious đ, try making it my way youâre gonna love it
In the province of Quebec we have something called Steak and pepperoni hot submarines. We usually eat them with fried onions and mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes. I'm sure this sauce would be awesome on them. I will try it this week-end. Chingkui!

I've seen this in the mountain west. They sometimes make a version with bbq sauce. That kind of fills the same role as the pickle juice.

man.. just add ranch dressing to ketchup, that's how it worked for us.

@@FShklr3 okay so when I mean spicy this will be spicy. I'm guessing you know how to make a brine so ill skip that. Sterilize your jars, add pickling spice to taste, I recommend 2 table spoons. Put in some slightly crushed garlic cloves. Depending on the size of the jar use a full jalapeno or half, slice it up or put it in whole (I did 1 sliced one and one whole one) put in about a half of a white onion (or red) slice it however you want. Then put about a half a tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Then add your cucumbers (I did half sliced like chips and half spears) then add whatever else you want. Could do carrots for flavor, maybe some green onion if you want. Then put that in the fridge for a week. Dont put it in there too long or it won't be crispy anymore

I once loved to watch this channel when Chief was there, and they actually talked about the food and its origin etc, It was actually a live cast and people were commenting and enjoying the content , those days were put together better.
