If you look at shots of Regan at his last contest there were some where he looked fantastic. Like the front lat speaker for instance, he had a perfect frame and perfect proportions. He just needed a little more size. The problem for Regan is his coach. Those fuckin stupid constant giant set superset workouts that Milos has everyone do is stupid and it overworks the body. And Regan doesn't know enough to push back. Nick should not have talked shit about everyone especially the guy who just beat his ass 3 months ago and also the reigning Mr Olympia. He's going to look like such an ass if he falls in placings.

I think open bodybuilding is becoming like the premier league for european soccer where the better man on the night wins, it simply means guys will not and should no longer rely on first place for a pay day but to monitise their fan base, dont mean that in a bad way but this is the height of it being a business. The whole industry will need to tighten up on business strategy to get a wide distribution of money for everyone, first time I see the olympia with a youtube channel where they are actually putting in the effort, does it need more work, absolutely, they need to market the sports better just the way big corp use social media

Krizo needs a few years and he’s one of my favorite pro physiques. Unless he shuts it down completely to work on his weaknesses like Phil did, 1.5 to 2 years. But a lot of that is dependent on training technique, health, and genetic potential.
That’s cause him and Justin are butt buddies now and they suck each other off, Justin won’t even be top 10 but everyone saying he’s sooo good we’ll see after his pro debut where he stacks up.

I knew a guy at my gym that used “big boy” pre-workout. He’d sniff a few lines of coke in his car, walk into the gym wearing only a string tank on top profusely sweating (this is during winter), and then march directly to the 60’s and start curling them. 😂
