was on stage. Actually, he looks more impressive on stage. As far as Derek goes, last year it was all new tissue so he lost a lot when he dieted down. This year he already said he's shooting for around 240. Nick was only 255 at the Olympia plus he's taller with a much thicker waist. Not to mention genius, Nick already lost to both of them.

Ive been in a deficit for years losing weight, watching you guys train makes me feel better about how I was lifting, I would see smaller guy doing big weight and smirking when I'm struggling to do light weight properly, and I would see some smile and now I think it's because I was so focused on form and control.
