      ALTHEWHITE+ IT HELPS BUT IT DOESN'T SECURE A RISK FREE TRAINING, HE TORE HIS HAMSTRING WITH THIS TRAINING,AGAIN NOTHING IS SAFE WHEN YOU LIFT BUT GREAT FORM AND CONTROL OF THE WEIGHT IS KEY

    I took your advice and did front delts first and then into dumbbells inclines. Took everything slow, paused at the bottom and squeezed elbows together

    I.have to tell you that iam totally agree when you talk about the weight you lift , right now iam lifting less weight and take much control more squeeze, i dont care about heavy weights , as you say always iam still growing and everything is better recovery, sleep diet keep the same so keep going man the next year is your year iam totally sure.
