There’s one that goes under the lats in the back and widens in the front. It goes under the lats to prevent muscle atrophy and to prevent circulation issues in his lats. It would be smart for him to look into it.
People like big ramy, rolley winkler, and hunter labrada used regular waist trainers, sure there waste was smaller but look what it did to there lats

Been following and training like Nick for 1 year now. I've made more gains in the past year training slow and controlled with more volume and higher reps range 10-20 than I have in the past 10 years. Thanks Mutant. 2024 Mr. Olympia. BTW I'm almost 60, been training since 1977. 47th year. Never too old train and grow.
