      Very few of them are full time strongman. Most of them have jobs at least for the first half of their career. Mitch is in that bracket, he just finished his first year competing internationally.

    Crazy to see the worlds strongest man treats his food like the rest of us normals. Just more of it. Doesn’t even really count all of his macros, just the important stuff. And the fact that he does a regular 9-5. Really feel like we could all become the worlds strongest man. Awesome video

    It is really a different kind of routine that I used to watch about strongmen… Usually they eat all the video and have a workout, but glad that it was a true routine. This man has a life lol, it’s amazing. Didn’t know him and now looking forward to watch more videos about him!

    I loved the nutrition advice! It really is so simple but it can be made so complex that you don’t know where to start. The reason most never achieve their goals is likely due to anxiety and a lack of that deeper understanding of what you are trying to accomplish. Great video Mitchell!

      I think he has a totally different mentality towards nutrition. Everyone has different caloric needs- I feel like he’s pretty in tune with what he needs and calls himself out when he under feeds (like in the workout) . Very interesting comparison for sure I thought the same .

      For sure - when we filmed Brian he was really enjoying the Vertical Diet . His calorie intake was high - and all from Whole Foods. It was a very expensive diet but the meals looked great

      ​@@muscleandstrengthinterestingly, Shaw was pretty disappointed in his strength results with vertical and Stan and went back to Nathan Payton.
      Also, Mitchell's diet is both much more practical and balanced along with being more suited to someone who is 6'3"-4" and 300-320 instead of 6'8" and up to 440 like Brian and Thor. Eddie, despite being a similar height to Mitchell, relied heavily on raw, static strength and felt he needed a much higher bodyweight.

    His approach towards everything he addressed in this video sounded healthy. There is a saying "what's good for the hive is good for the bee". I mean, he shares his knowledge with people that struggle, his approach towards nutrition specifying that this is meant for him while he's staying humble and reminding us that we all got to put in the work to achieve anything. He deserves his feats and I respect him.
