As the owner of a Magnolia ("Maggie") in OTOW Longleaf Ridge 4, I can say that it is an amazing floorplan! Many options available, including bumping out the great room, and converting the golf cart garage into a workshop. No matter what you choose, the "Maggie" is a fantastic floorplan, and we are happy to have chosen it!
Agree, and no wasted space such as Formal 'Dining Rooms', or multiple cramped "bedrooms". That was ok for my parents, but not for us.
The Mag is a genuinely MODERN Home, fully functional, and creates a place where every inch is used. The 1/2 bath is also a fabulous addition, seriously why would anyone NOT have this?
We LOVE the Maggie, its the perfect home for the modern retiree in our opinion. It also happens to have the best curb appeal with the golf cart garage producing a more pleasing aesthetic and architectural interest from the street.
The best floorplan by far in OTOW, not even close, and we studied them all, closely before we decided.

I’m in love with the Magnolia! You finally got the memo about pot drawers. We boomers can’t be bending down to dig a pot and lid out. Love the single stainless kitchen sink. Spacious rooms and curb appeal. The only thing I’d change would be the dark cabinets. They’re beautiful but I’m a lighter cabinet gal. Thank you!
Move-in ready homes don't give many options, but if you build from scratch, you can make it your own!

Is the Magnolia the same as the Montgomery but one is in Long leaf and the other in Candler?

So I have a 500,000 home in Chandler Hills built in 2023 and our bathrooms do not have bull nose tile in the bathrooms but this model has it,why?

PS: 500,000 is really nothing to write home about in terms of price, that's just an average home by todays standard.

Good info, but clearly those are all base model prices. Options / Lot will raise this price quickly.
