#comedy #OnlyFoolsAndHorses - Komedie
"Because that wasn't the hand I dealt you" is one of my favourite lines of the entire show. Gets me every time
Yep agreed. I wish that the clip included del dealing the cards and then Boycie “changing” the cards
Same here mate . Total class ☺️☺️☺️
Brilliant
Same it's my favourite scene!!! Pure brilliance 😂😂😂
RIP John Challis, Del Boy's friend and rival Boycie
May he Rest In Peace
This was the episode I convinced my brothers not to change the channel and since one of them was a gambler they were addicted to Only Fools and Horses!😂💖
And may our friends Rest In Peace 🙏💖
Yeah I loved Del Boyss and Boycies relationship. They were rivals but they had respect for each other and were mates
How did he die?
RIP John Challis - thanks for the memories! My favourite line was
"Where did you get those 4 bloody Aces" "The same place you got your kings!
@@mandydandy3738 Del Boy would have given you a right tell off, "Black or white rich or broke" remember?
Favourite Boyce line, "Stand back, I am a doc-tor" 🤣
"You must be joking. I sold it to him" What a character Boycie was. R.I.P. John Challis ❤🙏
RIP John Challis
You will be truly missed, one of England's finest actors
I’ve just heard and I’m gutted Harry. Only fools and horses make up some great childhood memories for me. The only fools and horses Christmas specials are the onlyT.V. show I used to count the days off for.
The bit that always gets me is grandad saying "I thought Del Boy might have something up his sleeve" absolutely brilliant!
RIP to everyone who worked on this treasure of a show who're sadly not with us anymore
Rip Boycie. I'll always hear the laugh whenever I think of John Challis. Legend
I will always hear that laugh of his when I think of Boyce, which in turn will make me laugh! Good on you John RIP and thanks!.
I am gutted that Boycie has left us. Rip John Challis. Thank you for so many years of making us laugh and the charity work that you did. You will never be forgotten. You made so many people happy.
The best part was cut off… when Rodney calls tails on the double headed coin!
Brilliant! Del had his moments and this was one of the best! Up there with 'I stole the microwave!' 🤣🤣
Yes! These are two of the greatest scenes and feel they get overshadowed by the chandler and bar scene unjustifiably
Can't believe the news about John Challis. Such a blow. Loved him sad sad day. RIP 🙏
Terrance Aubrey Boyce. A legend that will be sadly missed.
I always laugh when grandad says I thought del might have something up his sleeve. Gets me every time
Quite simply, the best ever sitcom. Never to be equalled. God bless them all. 👍😂
I agree 👍
1st equal with Steptoe and Son. Let's not forget John Sullivan "borrowed" a few ideas from Galton & Simpson. Full House = A Losing Streak, Steptoe A La Carte = Happy Returns, The Lead Man Cometh = The Miracle of Peckham 😂
True....but, rising damp and porridge are bloody close.
Rip Boycie , brilliant actor in a brilliant show , this is a perfect example
Rest in peace John Challis AKA Boycie.
You are a legend and will be missed.
Rest in peace to the other cast members who are no longer with us too.
Probably the most suspensful moment of the entire series
The scene in the auction house would be higher up my list.
Second moment, after the auction.
The only morons here are the actual people watching Only Fools and Horses, we back in the day paid a TV licence for the production of Only Fools and Horses, and now the biased left wing cancel culture propaganda and misinformation of the fake news,, the BBC charge you gain for watching this, stop paying for UK gold and your TV licence and defund the BBC, look at what they doing with fear mongering and propaganda about the plandemic, people need to wake the fuk up
@@1971dave Now now grandad, why don't you sit down and we'll fix you a nice cuppa, yeah? Yes yes, tell us all about the big bad government and how things back in your day were better. I'll pop the telly on for you - maybe you can watch some of that classic Garry Glitter - we all know you're a big fan!
@@1971dave Don't be a plonker all your life Dave
Rip boycie.. Iconic laugh. Much loved.
I discovered Only Fools and Horses in the 90’s on PBS when they picked it up for the Saturday Night British block, it came on alongside Are You Being Served, Red Dwarf and Mr Bean. I didn’t give it much attention at first. But one day I decided to try it out. This is the episode playing that night. I LOVED the ending, and this soon became my favorite show of all time. I have BritBox so I can watch this show. R.I.P. John Challis. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.
One of the best scenes in British television, so sad to hear about John Challis
One of the best scenes from the series. Played off against each other brilliantly. RIP Boycey
RIP John Challis. Top bloke.
RIP boycie- legend
Rip Boycie. Some great evenings and college days watching these outstanding actors. Thanks
Rest in peace, John. Fantastic actor and a great person. He will be sorely missed.
When i met John Challis a few years back at a convention i asked him if the money they used for this was real and he said it was and there was a good couple of grand there. After they filmed the episode he said some of it went missing and everyone was searched until it was found it was put on top of the studio lights. I asked who did he think it was he recons it was John Sullivan.
That’s amazing 😂
That’s Triggs car” it’s a gooden” you must be joking” I sold it to him 😂😂😂 legend thank you for the laughs Boyce
RIP John Challis, the snobby free mason, second hand car dealer, he'll be joining Trigger, Mike, Uncle Albert, Grandad and Sid for a Cognac tonight.
I lost my younger brother a few weeks back and we were known as the troter brother frowing up lol so my brother will be joining them all for a drink and a game of cards no dought. Cheers
@KEITH MATTON WTF dude, like many comments i said RIP to a great actor and he'll be joining his fellow co stars, whats wrong with that, and if you watch the show boycie was a snobby free mason, car dealer "snowflake"
best slow roll in the history of poker
RIP John Challis :( Love you mister. Greeting from Serbia
Classic!
One of the best OFAH clips ever! RIP John Challis. As "Del Boy" would say "You were priceless!"
RIP Boycie 👑 👑👑👑
There have been so many classic lines of the series and this one is near the top. But there are so many. Thank you Mr. Sullivan.
R.I.P John Challis from Only Fools and Horses to Green Green Grass never failed to make me laugh thanks for the laughs over the year 🙏
Still watcg only fools now on box set dvd, can't do UK gold cutting stuff out, he was only suppose to be in this for one episode and was that good they decided to keep him. RIP John 🙏
@@barneyb1857 we've got the box set was only watching the jolly boys outing last Sunday never knew that John Challis was only supposed to be in one episode boycie laugh was brilliant. Been watching the best bits all day Only Fools and Horses will never get old the best British comedy ever
@@tillygwilliam6328 yeah nothing will be written as a long story like that again, comedy's now are dull and cheesy like American comedy, I watch episodes different everytime, like if an actor was talking I'd be watching someone else, I don't know how that managed to keep a straight face while filming lol hope hes having a drink up there with the rest of the gang
@@barneyb1857 Sometimes you can start to see them smile then go back into character. Also Trigger was brilliant With he broom I've had the same broom for 20 years its only had 17 new heads and 14 new handles and calling Rodney Dave just brilliant
@@tillygwilliam6328 😆 I wish I'd met Rodger, great actor, I want to meet David Jason just to thank him
RIP John Challis
The best line of the scene is "your joking I sold it to him" 😂
One of the best. RIP, John.
RIP Boycie, Serbia loves you
One of my favourite scenes in the series. All of the best and most central characters in one place!
Absolutely heartbroken to hear this news, feels like I've lost someine I knew. I'll never stop watching only fools, I must of seen every episode at least 100 times or more and still laugh like it was a new show, actually quite teary eyed writing this, RIP JOHN, have a drink with grandad, Mike, trigger and uncle Albert for us
Absolutely brilliant comedy series in my eyes the best ever made.
RIP John Challis (Boycie)
RIP John Charllis Thank you for the memories and the laughter
Brilliant comedy acting, brilliantly written.
British humour at it's best.
RIP John Challis. What an amazing cast this show had, written perfectly by John Sullivan.
Rodney& trigger should be able to see del boys cards from where they are sat
Thank you for bringing so many laughs to this world. God bless you man x
Brilliant Series, thanks and Stay Safer Everyone
Absolute classic Delboy
This is one of the best episodes of only fools, amazing.
“ItS aLrIgHt e’S bLuFfIN” hahahaha
RIP to the legendary John Challis, Roger Lloyd Pack and Lennard Pearce... By far the best English sitcom ever.
That's 4 aces ..🤣🤣 R.I.P. John
One of my favourite moments on the show if not the best, RIP boycie ❤️
Absolutely iconic 🤣
Just heard the news about John. Rest in peace boycie
Can't beat only fools and horses absolute legends
"Cos that wasn't the hand i dealt you" class line 😂😂😂
A little known fact is that this joke was first used 3 years before in the hospital sitcom Only When I Laugh in 1979.
Really? I like Only When I Laugh but I don’t think I remember that. Which episode?
@@Horsley-Green I do not remember the name of the episode but I am quite sure it is the one where Archie loses some money playing cards to Norman and spends most of the episode trying to win it back and racks up a lot of debt.
@@timetraveltvniles7650 was it season 2 episode 4 The cosmic infulence (its on youtube) ... apart from them playing poker I cant see any other similarities.
@@ACNC1 six and half minutes in to the episode Archie lays down a running flush, Norman (who is of course not experienced at cards) says that Archie has won because all he has are four aces. It is not exactly the same but I feel that there are enough similarities in the joke to say that perhaps John Sullivan was influenced by Only When I Laugh. Four aces jokes in British sitcoms are not uncommon, one was used in the last series of Bless This House, but that shears little in common with these two examples.
@@timetraveltvniles7650 good one.... I also remember The perfect gentleman in Fawlty Towers and A touch of Class in Rising Damp had similar cross overs in plots.... Where the protagonist gets duped by the guest/tenant who is really a conman. Both episodes are on youtube to enjoy.
The biggest slow roll ever 😂😂😂
My favourite episode ♥️ ♦️ ♣️ 🃏
Mine too! 😊
And mine
What a scene! Rest in peace Boycie ❤️🙌🏻
Met John a couple of years ago at a comic-con I was working at had the privilege of helping him with his bags and talking to him about brexit and the Premier league was a bloody lovely bloke RIP
Legend RIP will be a only fools day today for sure. Much Love to the family and the only fool cast and crew he will be missed by many xx
😂😂😂
I watched it a million times and it's hilarious 😆

Magic, show us your two pairs Del a pair of Aces n Another pair of Aces the Magic of British comedy Nothing on earth comes even close to it, how may times have I seen it? every time am sad n down
They all look so young here. RIP John Challis, you will be forever young in our hearts.
I've watched it a 100 times and still think it's going the other way that's how good this scene is
Simply the best UK comedy show to date!
An absolute classic 👍🙏💯👍💕
Comedy doesn’t come better than this. ( in my opinion ). 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍
“Because that wasn’t the hand that I dealt you”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This world loses some great people but they leave us with lots of laughter and good memories the four aces goes with the four candles 👏👏👏
“Couldn’t give me a lift home could you Dave”. 😂😂😂
Ahhhh I was waiting for the coin at the end 🤣🤣
ABSOLUTE CLASSIC!😂💖

"I fought Del Boy might have somefink up 'is sleeve!" Hahahaha
Boyce was only supposed to be in one episode. But they brought him back as a regular. Brilliant decision.
RIP John Challis 🙏 one of the best, you will be sorely missed.
Holy hell, that was an epic slow roll. The wrist grab followed by, what are you doing? 😂
Rip man
Pure comedy genius.
You made us laugh ,thank you . B
The look on Boycies face it wrote this one a total picture
Great scene sad that three of these guys are gone.....much missed
My most favourite only fools moment that is 👌👌
My father and his partner met John Challis while he was filming in Benidorm many years ago. He said he was so friendly to everyone and chatted about OFAH and general life stuff. Amazing human being.
Rest in peace John challis (boycie) this is one of my favourite episodes
