Can you ban him from talking about us please? He has never in his career ever said anything positive about Aston Villa. One minute the ground and atmosphere is terrible, then we arent a big club & now were going to dip. We have played most of this season without 4-5 key first team players and were doing very well.

Bizarre to include Chelsea simply because of the money they've spent. I think the top 3 now are a stick on with us (Newcastle), Villa and spurs for the 4th spot. Villa have been amazing since we beat them on day one, spurs were playing really well until Maddison got injured. The beauty of this season is there's some good sides capable of taking points off the favourites and I think it's gonna be very close.
As a Villa fan i'd be chuffed finishing 5th-6th. Top four would be unreal but not the expectation

This away form stick is limited analysis. Our away form is top 8, and was great end of last season. Liverpool and Newcastle we were still trying to figure out our offside trap defence after losing Mings and Carlos. Chelsea are not in the conversation yet. They're 10 points behind Villa and far worse form across 2023.
It's weird that none of them mentioned that Villa are top 4 across Emery's tenureship and across 2023.

Unai Emery has achieved amazing success in the Europa Cup. He is famous for getting middle ranked teams into Europe. Since his appointment at Aston Villa he as turned around their fortunes and got them up the table into a European qualifying position.

I'm a Villa fan, and have been since the 1950s, so like many supporters of all clubs, we're disappointed most of the time. The difference this time is we have world class manager. There will be a dip in form at sometime, and it could be soon with the number of games, now we're in Europe. But aslong as Emery stays for the next few years, and he can bring in better players in some positions we will be alright, he's building for the next few seasons.
Arsenal will NEVER beat Liverpool at Anfield by 2 goals in '89. City, will CRUISE to the title against QPR in 2012. Leicester City, have ZERO chance of ever winning Premier League. I give up now with predictions... ANYTHING'S possible!

Our issue he got right it is away games, but for some reason it's the teams we expect to beat. Forest, Bournemouth, even Legia Warsaw beat or drew us when we were projected to win.
