D'Qwell Jackson (the Colts linebacker who picked off the ball) said during the investigation that he never told anybody that the ball felt underinflated. He said he gave it to someone on the Colts sideline because he wanted to keep it as a souvenir (which he still wants, as the NFL hasn't given it back to him yet).

The guy that intercepted it could tell I’m sure Tom Brady could also.
The issue isn't if Brady could tell how inflated the footballs are from holding them, but how they were deflated to a low number. They were apparently intentionally set there; you think an equipment guy is going to go rogue and set them a number both lower than what Brady wanted, as well as below regulation? Think about it. Brady told him to do it. And Brady erasing/refusing showing his texts and emails is all the evidence I need. That said, the penalty was too hard against him and the Patriots, though, considering how minor of an advantage it would be.

I know it's not your normal area of sports, but if you do another season, it would be interesting to see you cover the Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan figure skating controversy. It's always been a question just how much she knew in advance of the attack, and whether or not she had been in on the whole thing from the get-go. I think it would make for an interesting episode, given it's one of the biggest scandals in US Olympic sports history.

Ima be honest that I kinda miss Shane. You see Shane was always skeptical and played devils advocate with Ryan but his arguments always had some validity that made you question it could have or not have happened but this guy just makes WILD stretches and connections and it just comes of as forceful sounded very bias towards the patriots but its the same with every episode

The only other alternative is that the equipment manager is the sole actor, but then why didn't Brady throw him under the bus? Think about it.
Considering how vehemently Brady ultimately fought the accusation, it's safe to say he really didn't want the scandal to be stuck to him. That rules out, "meh, no big deal, rather protect my privacy."
