Ive seen 1992 SL600s recently theyre 400 hp or more ON THE STATS, because there were restrictions on high horsepower cars at that time a lot of muscle cars are posted at 400-450 when theyre really 500-600
Supras incredible powerband matched with the getrag 6spd is simply perfection for top speed. Thats why you almost all the time see them just catch up and pass them. Because its matched perfectly. Gotta love toyota for making the MKIV. Also watching this video sorta makes me think of an airplane, the sound of the supra with the front end rising up. It looks like it was about to take off lol

and somthing else that is a common term that will make your liters on your engine go up is bore..it means you take your stock engine block and you take a big drill (from my understanding) and you make the holes where the cylander bigger and put in a bigger pistion
are you sure its not a 7mgte you have coz the 2jz doesnt have head gaskit issues they have a 4 layer stainless stell from factory so shouldnt have issues with it

@paradoxdesigns Well It happens on my 300Zx TT bonnet, it happens on my mates mk3TT and it happens on my other friends Mk4TT and they are all stock bonnets. The bonnet must move it has give in it and the latch holding it must have give its normal to do this. His does this even more. Because it looks carbon fiber and will flex and move because its light the reason the tape is there is to help with coefficient drag. Only way to stop this is with bonnet pins and then theres still a little movement.
yeah im thinking i might save up for 97 supra twin turbo 5 speed. but right now im working on my integra. gonna do a gsr swap and put new headers and cold air intake on it.

@GlobalGLader Tha true, bro. Each car, manufacturer has its own ups and downs. I just love AUDIs and my A* has so far absolutely no problem. Its a dream to drive it. The shock-problem: i might not sure its a design problem, or driving habit. AUDIs had no shock (strut?) problem as far as i know.

@LethalCssPlayer a stock supra hood wouldnt do that, if you look at the video he has tape over the front of the hood holding it down. i suspect some shitty aftermarket hood installation.
ever notice that the hoods of supras (the fast ones anyway) always seem to want to come off, every high speed video of a supra i see it always looks like the hood is about to burst off of the car
@SaoSky7 i guess you dont have a supra, they tend to have traction issues. I think he managed it good and did catch up. If you ever try to drive a 600+ hp supra let us know how you did a rolling start without traction issues and flew by the 4x4 audi...
Ya i saw the vid it was fuel to air thats why it was overheating. but theres tons of 800-1000hp+ supras that race on the freeways again and agian with no problems its all in the tune and build.
not unless they have proper forced induction from say the bumper or the wheel well, but yeah, my buddy has a 95 twin turbo and at about 140 and up the hood on it starts to flutter, he hasn't taken it over 160 mph cuz hes scared its going to come off and smash the roof/windshield, its the blitz body kit and hood btw

The RS6 10 years from now will be forgotten. No one really cares for them, except the owners. The supra was released in 1993 to this day has huge demand and are still being modded.
...it's not downforce. The car is just squatting due to suspension settings for better traction while acceleration is lifting the front/transferring weight to the rear of the car.

This was my absolut first run with this setup. i run 1.6 bar of boost. I tought i hade hi ex temp at 920c. but in nex race i found that it was stabil. so no cooling problem. OmegaboostZ ... This is a track car. so i need all body upgrades.

You can see how much downward force the spoiler is providing. You can barely see the rear tire at the top.
it means the stroke is longer...when the fuel air mixture on top of the pistion explodes from the spark the down travel is longer

the boost comes in to late the first 2 gears that by that time u have to change gear
