Surgery this Thursday. Breast lift and implant exchange Naples, FL. First implants at 19 now 49. I have had four breast surgeries. Little problems and recovered quickly in all of them. You two are good and fun to watch!!!

Hi Amy, does Dr. Martin do mastopexy and silicone implant in split-pec pocket? Is this something new or is it the same a dual plane?

Hi Jeni, yes, split pocket or dual plane are the same concept. Using your own muscle and facia to help 'sling' the implant helps with prefect placement of the implant.
