Sally Field was 19 years old in the first season of Gidget tv series. Does anyone remember those bows we wore in our hair? They were made of velveteen ribbon and were attached to an aluminum clippy. LOL

This is my fav ep so far I adore LaRue she is quirky cute and unpretentious and Gidgets dad is a real hero so sweet with LaRue what a heart of gold he has a gorgeous guy I'm sorry he lost his wife in the series. This show makes me smile taking me back to a problem free childhood 💜 thank u so much for uploading 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Sally Fields career has been exceptional. She wasn't embroiled in Hollyweird antics during her early times. Smart, talented and praçtical. Aa lady indeed.

The dialogue is so corny but that's part of its charm. It's so great to see stuff that's pure.
