TL:DW - Yes. They are worth it because not only is your back going to revert back to and stay healthy but also you are investing in a product that will last you at least 10 years. This is not something you buy and breaks down after 2 years. So yes. Absolutely worth it for your back AND your actual money since you'd be overall spending more across 10 years with cheap office chairs that break down after a year or so and are never comfy or good to our backs to begin with.
look for videos that will teach you proper adjustments for the chair. it's very rewarding when you know how to adjust it to your body. 2 years later and I have no regrets and it's the best chair I've ever owned.

Nice video :3 • About the arm rest, if you you use them you apply pressure on them they are locked. • If pull on it and slide, you will adjust more easily side to side
The Aeron and Mirra chairs are the same way. If you do not sit back into the chair you lose the lumbar support. No matter what chair you have sitting correctly is a big part of comfortable seating.
Warranty does not transfer on HM chairs. The only warranty you'd get is if the reseller offered one. So probably wouldn't want to unless it's from a reputable reseller.
But they'll be missing their plural s if they do! Top tip from an English teacher. Record your voice like this and then listen back for basic mistakes like forgetting plurals, forgetting tense and forgetting the be verb.

Haha yeah it's a tough one but consider that its got 12 years warranty and the amount of time using it it's like a few cents a day down the road
