Yes, definitely. I've found their live performances a little flat so far and struggling to convey the strength and power of the song. I really really hope they can step it up in Liverpool because it's such a great song and should be contending to win.

This performance was the best of Vesna out of all pre-parties so far.. I was not convinced before.. but this was much better.. In fact London is by far proving yet again, that it is the top when in comes to production, and all artists were much better than in Madrid etc..

You completely forget Amsterdam which makes London look like a glorified pub being three times the size but I agree on the point about Vesna consistently improving.

@@MMartec Yeah check it out. Most acts come with sort of underwhelming staging of course, but that's on them. I mean it's not the most current venue around, but they do have a proper big LED screen and lots of lights etc. Germany made the most of it I thought, their staging was quite impressive and it gives a good sense of how such a song can be elevated in Liverpool.

Better than their other performances but still needs improvement. BTW, I wouldn’t say the problems lay in their vocals, but rather the blending 😊
For me it's not so much the vocals as the performance style. The video is so mysterious and stylish, and though I can see it must be a hard thing to recreate, they just seem so conventional and dated in the way they perform that it undermines the song and its message..
@@TheDersertAir Vocals are truly not blending well when they sing together. They just don't sound good in that part.
It's one of my favourite songs this year, but one thing that really bothers me is the end. Imo it just ends too suddenly. If she helt the last note for a few seconds longer then it would be perfect.

Perfect. I'm thrilled and so glad they didn't make a big show out of it (singing wise of course) because then there wouldn't be any surprises waiting for us in Liverpool. They came up with the clip and shot it in two weeks. When I saw a couple of clips from their rehearsals for Liverpool, I guarantee you that it will be perfect, and after all, at all preparations, they have much more interesting clothes than everyone else and different every time. Can you imagine what awaits us in Liverpool? Although I'm a huge fan of Loreen, I think this will be the biggest show of the evening, and I'm not saying that because I'm Czech.

This so far was the best performance from them, needs some improv, i think that Vesna's voice needs to be louder specially in the chorus (that is the best part of the song).
Shame the lead singer is not the Bulgarian, she has such a strong voice and a nice tone
And her moves are more natural
I love this song - wasn't totally convinced by this performance at the start but they brought it home. I have total faith they will do well at Liverpool.

Great! Someone has been rehearsing hard and it shows! The voices match better, there was always a voice out of pitch in the first part of the song, but now is ok... the outfits look better, and even the more royal attitude makes me have faith again! :)

The vocals are great like you can sing A+ but blending is the issue. This is def better from other perfomances but still much to polish
I love the studio version but live.. I really think they need to improve the vocals. I guess that with a nice staging, improving the vocals etc they can get a better performance. Sadly, this is happening with many songs not just with them. Denmark, The Netherlands, Poland..have the same problem when they perform live. Anyway, good luck! 🎉❤

I have to add that Norway is a disappointment live for me, and so is Serbia, but maybe it's only at the pre-parties, while Finland was and remains my favorite

Much better than other performances but you can't not sing a part of the song because you can't reach the notes that is being lazy....
Also having 6 members but only 3 of them sing and still require pre-recorded backing vocals is quite something :|
I loooove the studio version. But I feel robbed. I'm used to performers to excel live. But this so disharmonized compared to the studio version. It badly misses the angelic high notes.
On ESC, if you don't reach that quality level you presented live, you won't qualify. This was my favourit to WIN. Last years Austria and Cypris were kicked for weak vocalswithcreat songs and studio versions. Without improvement this will, too...
Very first pre-party the high harmonies were part of the live performance, but it was offkey and pretty bad. They've now put it as backing track vocals and honestly it is an improvement overall because it just wasn't something they could deliver live.
While not as impressive as the studio version, at least this is in key lol.
However, it should be noted that Cyprus would've qualified last year with this year's rules (9th in the televote) and Austria also would've almost made it (11th in the televote, just 3pts away). This year there is no jury in the semifinal. So Czechia seems kinda safe.

This will qualify though, the vocals aren't bad and even if they're not the best, no one watching even knows the music video and cares about that
