MY FAVOURITE GHANA PALAVA SAUCE RECIPE | SPINACH SAUCE

Hello everyone,
welcome back to Mrsdrewry food channel, it's been a long time since I posted a recipe, I am still grieving but cooking brings me so much joy so I am sharing this easy Ghanaian spinach sauce with you! (egg version)

Ingredients:
zomi palm oil
2 medium onions
1 piece of momone (stinky fish)
blend : 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 3 scotch bonnets 1 large piece of ginger with 1 can of plum tomato)
2 packs of spinach 900g x2
4x pilchards in tomato sauce
cooked beff tripes
salt
crayfish seasoning
10 eggs
