great video! you may have just changed my mind on clamshell packs!
Justin Wilson clamshell packs are pretty usefull but just be aware that occasionally (and I mean VERY rarely) the zipper may open and dump your stuff depending on how it is zipped. I haven't had it happen myself but I do know of a couple incidents where friends have lost gear.
I still use and like clamshell packs.
@@turtlewolfpack6061 I just use a mini caribiner to hold the zips together when it's closed.

I like the pack and am wondering do they make this style of pack in a little larger size I can only find them in around 30 liter size and it is not quite large enough. I do ranger rolls for my clothing inside of large white kitchen garbage bags. Also I am wondering is it preferred to use bags for fire kits,food kits,and first aid kits ( booboo kits ) and other things?

Bank line cannot be found in the 3 WalMarts near me...I checked yesterday. Most of the people in the store had no clue what bank line was.
Nice kit and gear. Basic and to the point wit our all the glitz and glam of unnecessary crap.

I think those are the kind of pouches you need to find at garage sales. I too need to find pouches like those to complete my bag, but at a sweet price, (because i'm poor) : )
Check out the Belt Pouch by The Hidden Woodsmen. Almost identical to his fire Pouch.
Get trained in using a compass it's pretty useless without a map I think it's so funny ppl always say they stress getting a good compass and dont ever have a map with it
