That's kinda 68% of the voters. But only received: 4x 1p, 3x 2p, 1x 3p, 2x 5p, 3x 6p, 1x 7p, & 1x 8p. While FYR Macedonia (10th - 9 voters) and Albania (9th - 12 voters) Received much lesser points, but much higher ones. It had gone trough if it had received higher points... But that's the game :)
