The title is voiced because the massive amount of movies and series Brazilian people watch are foreign, and dubbed in Portuguese. Most of the times the title is the original in the original language, so there has to be a narrator saying the title in portuguese, and usually the narrator also says which dubbing studio worked on the movie. This thing is so usual for us that even when the movie is 100% national, sometimes the portuguese title is voiced too.

I was absolutely astounded when they got Mike Pollock to voice Greg after watching every single season of Sonic X. I can't believe they managed to rope him into this, though I was laughing when I researched if Schaffrillas was joking or not, and he wasn't.
I've come to realize it's not the voice actor's fault for how bad the script is, or the animation. They show up, record their lines, and get that bag.
@@shiffpup2529 Apparently, 4Kids was going through a decline and lots of financial failings at the time these mockbusters were getting made, so the voice actors were doing pretty much everything to pay the bills. That's why these films have so many 4Kids voice actors in them.

Ratatoing has brought greater meaning to my life. Marcell Toing has become role model for me and my 12 african children. The animation style is sublime. It's a travesty that big studios like Pixar and Dreamworks can't match, with their thousands of employees the raw talent of the CG1 artists at video brinquedo. The subtle metaphors and twists found throughout its intricate storyline had me on the edge of my seat through the entire showing at my aid center on the 9 inch television set next to the dirty water and malaria recovery station. The stellar voice acting, shook me to my core, and brought me to my knees, begging for more like how my starving children beg for more ostrich eggshells and gazelle ankles after I eat everything in the UN care package. My wife's boyfriend abdula and I like to talk about the sheer talent of Marcel Toing as a chef, as he masterfully stirs a pot of brown liquid in all the cooking scenes yet still produces normal meals for all of his clientele whenever I drop him off in front of his mud hut on my camel. The mouth watering 4 poly models of food looked so realistic I ate the whole glass screen off the television to the dismay and horror of the american relief agents. Never in my life have I suffered such emotional distress as I did when I watched marcell find out his bistro was closing, I wailed so so loudly I attracted a horde of Elephants in heat, completely trampling my village and crushing many small children. I recently had surgery to replace my left upper brachial tube after having coughed it up from laughing too much at the humorous plight of the main characters. Truly a masterpiece sent from the god allah himself, thank you video brinquedo, thank you. I will treasure this movie, in the last years of my life, and I thank it for helping deliver me to the ripe old age of 27
I entered into this movie a child. unsuspecting. naïve. this movie changed me. the delicate and thoughtful dialogue made me both laugh and cry. there is nothing that can ever come close to the level of detail and nuance that this film so beautifully portrays. the animation out does any animation studio you could name- pixar and disney bow at its rat themed feet. i have never in my life seen a film that is so inspiring and motivational, and i implore all of you to watch this masterpiece.

To answer Chris's questions: the title screen is narrated cause it's a dubbed movie, dubs usually narrate titles because they often get changed from region to region depending on the language. Also, cats like to hang out in sinks sometimes and drink water straight from the tap, I don't know why either lmao
Cats naturally prefer flowing water to drink because flowing=fresh in the wild.
