    really good review, thanks man so far the only one that actually compares based on data/experience. Cheers!
    A few constructive criticisms:
    The volume was SUPER low compared to the rest of youtube. The next video deafened me, because I forgot to change the settings back :)
    I played your video at 1.75 speed. It was very slow otherwise.m The talking speed as well as the setup times.
    I will base my buying decision off of a lot of the info I found in here! Thanks again!

    Is this the 32" model that youre showing? I have a 36 inch tv already and its still kinda big for my desk so I plan on getting the 32" of this just because I like the matte, and I have a big window and get alot of sun in my room, I just dont know if the 32" will still ne to big, like Ive tried measuring and marking it out but i still dont know, I think it will

    Nice video! How would you describe the stability of the feet? We want to place the TV on a sideboard with wheels to move it around. Do you think that’s possible or are the arguably small feet to unstable so that the TV might fall down? Thanks!

    • @SamsungSupportGenius
      @SamsungSupportGenius  Před 3 měsíci

      I think it depends on the size. The feet are stable but at 75" plus they can get a little wobbly. I personally would feel confidant with the 65 and small in that scenario.

    • @SamsungSupportGenius
      @SamsungSupportGenius  Před 3 měsíci +3

      There are marginal gains. If the $$ was the same the 2024 does have a slight advantage. I think for most people the few hundred you will save with the older model is probably the way to go.

    • @SamsungSupportGenius
      @SamsungSupportGenius  Před 3 měsíci +1

      It's tough to compare the picture quality if the frame to other tvs because of the matte finish... i think you'll get better colors and an overall better picture but it may look "softer", not as bright and dynamic as some of the TVs will glossy panels. Overall it's a step up in my opinion.

    Hey! Thank you very much for your detailed explanations. Very helpful. I was thinking of buying a 2023 series, but many people have reported experiencing clouding issues and mentioned that there is no solution. Do you have any thoughts on this?

    • @SamsungSupportGenius
      @SamsungSupportGenius  Před 3 měsíci +2

      I haven't come across the clouding issue personally - my tvs or the installers I work with. Im not saying it cant happen but I think it's not likely.... my thoughts in the Frame (overall) => I think it's a great tv to blend into your decor. Living room/Front room/ Dining room, anywhere it's important to not have tv as the focus of the room... but it's never going to have A+ picture quality. I'm an audio guy when it comes to home theater so it's fine with me but you are going to have to compromise. Is it OLED and the fabulous picture or Frame and the great aesthetics, I think either choice is a good one.

      @@SamsungSupportGenius Hey! Being an audio guy, is it easy to connect the tv to a soundbar, etc?

    • @SamsungSupportGenius
      @SamsungSupportGenius  Před 2 měsíci +2

      @@jatingarg9175 it's very easy. The TV has ARC or Optical for audio. One thing to think about on that front with the Frame specifically... because all of the audio ports are on the One Connect Box if you have a soundbar it also would connect to the One Connect Box. If you have the box close to the TV there are no issues but if the box is in a cabinet or rack far from the TV it would make connecting a soundbar a little tricky.
