Miniature wooden pallets are a great detail for whatever project you're working on! These are super cheap and easy to make, not to mention you can make several in a single afternoon. All you need is some basswood or balsa wood strips, an X-Acto Blade, a ruler, super glue, and acrylic paint, and sandpaper.
I used vallejo acrylic paints to stain the wood pallets:
Black
Brown
Buff
Deck Tan
White
Blue (for painted sides)

Looks like every warehouse I’ve ever worked at. Great job.
Wow thank you so much!
The pallet jacks were my favorite things in the whole video - so amazingly realistic with the scratched paint and rust.
Thank you so much, they were lots of fun to paint! In case you were wondering, I just basecoated them either blue or yellow. All the chipping was done using gray Vallejo acrylics that I mixed from black and white. Then the rust was added using ak interactive enamel light rust and streaking rust!
I just can’t believe how perfect they are! So realistic that if I didn’t know that they were tiny I would just think that they were regular pallets.
Thank you!! I’m glad you thing they look realistic! Definitely lots of fun to make. Thanks for watching!
Dammmm that’s so realistic! As per usual great video 💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Now you just need to work on making some miniature you-tubers to collect the pallets and turn into over priced "modern" furniture.
Yea that would be awesome!!! Lmao NOT! LAME ASS DUDE
😂👏👏👏
Hey your video tutorial its really good. Please do more
Thank you!! I plan on making more
I made some pallets a few months ago for my eddie stobart twiggy truck that I am currently building. The trailer is 3 feet long, so I've got a few more to make for it yet 42 issues left to go.i have some real pallets in my garden so all I did was copy the real ones I have
That’s awesome, good luck with your projects!

Thank you!!!
I really like your method in building pallets! What scale are you replicating in the video ? 1:19
Thank you! I’m building in 1/24 scale
Hay a ơi
video's are great what scale are you working in.
Thank you! I primarily work in 1/24 scale!
Great videos.... do you sell the pallet jacks . I don't have a 3d printer? Thanks joe
Hi Joe, unfortunately I don’t sell physical copies at the moment. These are 1/24 scale, and I’m not sure what scale you need, but I think Miniart sells a “hand pallet truck set” in 1/35 scale. Hope this helps!
I wish you had made some euro-pallets too
The process should more or less be the same as these, just scale down the proper dimensions and it should be pretty straightforward from there! These specific pallets are for a scene in Hong Kong! Thanks for watching!
@@smolworldworkshop Thanks for the reply 🫶
It will probably work out because they have pretty specific dimensions!
パレットは見飽きた。
フォークリフトもリアルに作って欲しいなぁー。
Currently i am working at a grocery store to pay down bills and save up to re-open my Brick and Mortar hoby shop. these are they types of palates I see every day at work.
Do you measure a real palate and scale it down, or are you just guessing the dimensions?
I'm making these pallets for a specific scene in Asia, so I found the measurements on their manufacture's website and scaled them down!
@@smolworldworkshop Nice. I should measure the ones we use at work, but I'm usually busy. :D
I currently work at a grocery store as well, was thinking it would look so awesome to see one of these with product stacked on it all Suran-wrapped up!!
@@Swiftvixens awesome idea! Not sure when I’ll get to it but I was thinking of doing that with some mini water bottles! Thanks for watching :)
@@smolworldworkshop thanks for making relaxing content that I enjoy learning on and that helps me fall asleep! Keep up the awesome work 👍🏼
立って作業するフォークリフトも作って欲しい。電動のヤツです。
That would be cool!
冷凍倉庫は作れないんですか。
Would you sell me a pilot jack 1/32 scale ?
I don’t currently sell physical products, but I have the 3D files available for download on my patreon! These are scaled in 1/24 scale
倉庫内も忠実に作って欲しいです。
I’m not sure if I’ll make a warehouse but these pallets will eventually be apart of a street scene in Hong Kong!

Great detail my friend. I made 3 piles 8" and higher for an Apocalypse diorama. I wish I had seen this before. Now I'm inspired to add more! Maybe a fortress made of old, broken pallets. Thanks.
Thank you! That apocalypse diorama sounds awesome!!
