This is pretty good, although there is one change that i would make, i'd make it just a little wider where the couch is, that way you could have slightly more of an actual living room, i think that there should always be enough room for two people to sit next to each other facing forwards to watch TV.
Planning to build a house in PH I have been watching videos about houses there's one of your house videos that i like I wanted to make it as preference. Please make another simple one with another room for dirty kitchen with pantry and laundry area. Thank you qnd God bless

Positives: Love all the windows, especially the ones in the loft. I like the "dining area," even though it's small.
Negatives: I don't like the location of the TV. It's at the bottom of the stairs. You can't sit comfortably on the bench and watch it without turning your head. While I see the practicality of the trundle bench, it doesn't look comfortable to sit on, even with the pillows.
Question: I realize the bathroom has to be small, but I don't like/understand the idea of the open shower sharing the same floor as the rest of the bathroom. Where's the drain? And if a different person needed to use the toilet after someone else took a shower, wouldn't the whole bathroom be wet?
