To those who said that there isn't enough storage etc: this house is most likely set up as a guest house, homestay or for Airbnb. Some guests prefer this kind of house (I know I do) over hotels, even for honeymoons. There are lots like this house designed this way available for this purpose on short-term rent, so the owners don't necessarily live in them.

I've watched so many tiny home videos I can't count but there is something soothing about this home. I reviewed it several times and what makes it so perfect is elusive but it the same calm I get when I visit a pueblo mission in the middle of a hot desert. That cool, inviting, unpretentious clean earthy feel. A joy to the senses that is even captured on video. Bravo.
Great point. I’m originally from Colombia and what immediately struck me was that this is a tiny, identical version of many countryside homes, and whenever I head over there from the US, this kind of space grounds and soothes me. I’m not exaggerating.
Until the kids are running up and down those stairs and spreading peanut butter and jelly everywhere.

2.be frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need )
3.save money towards retirement...(Roth IRA/401k)
4.build an emergency fund
5.invest! save to invest..

@Brandy Sulay There's a lot of inv-estment options (real estate,stock, Crypto,ETFS) but my best advice ,get a professional that will lead you into a profitable one..
Imagine building this cutie at my backyard. I love how the earth tone color giving me warm feeling. This will be a perfect place to spend private time with my husband. Really really love this boho style house.
Its actually all that small its a lot larger than many peoples homes in the uk and if i had that dwelling i would feel 100% contented and happy its a steller home and very quaint!!!
It’s beautiful, although it has zero storage. Even if it is just used as an Airbnb or a holiday home, you have to have somewhere for clothes, a mop, an ironing board, shoes, suitcases, coats, etc, etc.
Love the baby Smeg fridge; didn’t realise you could get teeny ones like that.
Could have a small utility room in back, hidden in small trees and fragrant flowering bushes.

This the nicest tiny I have seen, I love that bedroom has height to ceiling so you stand. Nice bathroom, very beautiful for such a small space. Great design. 👍
This is sweet. I usually don’t like loft bedrooms but this one has some headroom.

This home is adorable! I always wonder where they store a laundry basket , a vacuum, mop & broom? Where is the clothes closet? 🤷♀️
Possibly a guest house
You have to become very clever. My first place was a 12'x12' studio apartment - no vacuum, just a broom & dustpan; a clothes bag instead of hamper, hung on the bathroom door. Also, 1 large buffet cabinet with a mini cube fridge & toaster oven-broiler on top; a 2 burner hot plate stored beneath, along with food. A wall shelf over the cabinet held dishware & a pot rack hung on the ceiling above. There was also 1 small coat closet for clothes & shoes; 1 small fold out twin sleeper, 1 drop leaf bistro table & 2 chairs; 1 tall narrow storage cabinet for stereo equipment. And... 1 five gallon fish tank on a corner radiator, lol. (The place was a freezing cold rat hole but I lived in it for 5 years in my early twenties & survived :)

Beautiful tiny home. We really don't need as much as we think. If I had this on a few acres I would be in heaven. I would make all kind of sitting areas, even cooking areas outside. The tiny house would be used to sleep, and protect me here and there from the elements when needed.

Gorgeous. I would add a railing to the staircase, a half privacy wall to the edge of the loft, perhaps something semi see-through to keep it airy, a slightly larger fridge, and more windows in the loft.

@@cheekypiper512 Tiny homes typically use the staircases for drawers. Also, the sofas have storage underneath. I’ve seen small closets in them as well.
That is the cutest house! Just like your own personal doll house. But I would have to join in the chorus…storage for clothes? …storage for…heck, anything!! But overall I love it!!

I just want to be in that space and enjoy the light coming in. I can imagine seeing the stars at night through the skylight. Or the sound of the rain as I rest. The kitchen is perfect and I love the vintage stove and fridge, etc. What a wonderful small home 🏡 ❤👍🌻

They use their birthday suit. No need for any storage closet. I'd say, that's an extra plus ➕. 😁

I posted photos of this house on my Facebook page a couple of weeks ago. It's gorgeous and I didn't even notice but several of my friends pointed out there doesn't seem to be any closets, no storage for your clothing and shoes etc. Still a beautiful house though...

Is this fiction? The pool disappeared, and even though it is incredibly adorable, everyone else is right. No storage, so this house must be in "wonderland"!

@@eggizgud Not the back yard because the door with the two little windows and the brick porch were in the front. The back of the house was the bathroom. The pool was probably a later addition and that picture was added to the first part of the video later on.

•I’d want something to hold on to while climbing the stairs
•Love the fridge shape, it could be taller, there is room for a
4’-5‘ one that won’t overwhelm the space.

Very nice except I would need a banister to go with the stairs and some type of balcony on the edge of the loft.
I’m so disgruntled that an idea that was supposed to be an affordable housing solution has the majority of tiny houses/alternative housing just as expensive as mainstream counterparts.😤
Not if you do the build, and shop around and scavenge materials. It's amazing what people will throw/give away! Ikea is one of many retailers that has great Black Friday sales. Just save, and have the cash available when the opportinities present themselves.
I agree, unless you do it yourself you might as well go conventional. It’s too bad they are now priced out of our range.
Just a piece of property alone in SoCal is ridiculously expensive. If you could find decently priced land that's not out in the middle of nowhere then building a small house is do-able.

perhaps you're disgruntled because your belief is that tiny houses are 'suppose to be for...". Why such a miscalculation? Anyone should have the same rights and freedoms to build what they want and NOT in the confines of another person's belief. Poor people don't own the concept of tiny houses and no one ever said only a poor person can live in a tiny house.....and no one is forcing anyone to pay x, y, or z dollars....you do what you can within YOUR means and forget about what others have.

Cute layout. If it was just 5 feet wider for a bigger living area, washer dryer space , some closets and maybe a small outdoor storage shed for Christmas decorations, tools etc THEN, i could swing it. I applaud those who can make these uber tiny spaces work I just need a weee bit more space

Great place! Unfortunately, I’d probably sleepwalk straight off the loft. I’d just bypass the staircase all together!..LoL. But other than a few more broken bones or possibly death, I could easily live ALONE in this tiny little house! It’s very beautiful inside and out!

Gorgeous picturesque home. Doesn't seem practical though - no laundry; no closets; no railing on bedroom or stairs (imagine getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom); gravel walkway which is a nightmare for kitten-heeled shoes.
Exactly! Everything you mentioned is so true. For me, especially the stairs having no railing and no w/d. Aside from that, for the most part, I like it.

It's as perfect as it can get. Although I would construct my pool with more natural elements and round curves looking more pond-like. Your restroom has a lot of dark features not matching light ones found throughout the house. I'd also replace the bed with a twin or a full size to yield more walking space, and add some "lan can" for stability. Is it for rent tho? I'm ready to move in (lol).
Beautiful Tiny house! ❤️ But suitable for younger people. Older people, over 50 or 60, may find it difficult to go to bed climbing those stairs.
