Wow, I can't believe that this is just 63 sqm. Can you create a 55-65 sqm house with a loft. Two bedrooms, two comfort rooms. Ideally, the dining area has a sliding door so it can be airy, and I was thinking that the loft is just a working area/gaming area for the husband and wife. Thank you! :)

Hey ! Can you design a house of about 1400 sq. ft I am thinking the ground floor should be used a parking space like a garage and the first floor is for the living area. I would suggest you to accommodate a bedroom, an office space, drawing room which is also used as a gaming area, a dining area and a terrace if you could... the second floor should be a B.B.Q area and a sitting area since we don't have a backyard...
