I don't think your going to like any hand grinder for doing espresso. Because you have to grind so fine to do espresso, that it makes it hard to crank the handle, your fighting back a lot of resistance. And if your somebody who prefers light roasted coffee's, well, its going to be even harder to grind still. Best advice I can give you, is to buy an stepless electric grinder. Choose conical if you want fuller body, basically more dynamic coffee. Choose flatburr if you want a cleaner cup, with a little more acidity.

Baratza ESP for a similar price to hand grinder but with a little less quality grind compared to the hand grinders

These evaluations are worthless without sampling the cups across a full spectrum of temperature; not exactly conducive to a live stream. I'd be way more interested in seeing Sal's rating after tossing a whiskey cube in each and getting the cups down to ~54 C.
