One suggestion would be to use actual coolant additive than just coloring water with highliter ink. Cheap coolant is available at any automobile repair shop. It will improve the efficiency drastically. 🥂

Its a good concept but its not practical for a smart phone. I have done something similar for my playstation 4 and that has increased its performance in game play.
You need to add some kind of feet below the cpu fan to raise it above ground for better air absorption and circulation. Over all quite an expensive project just too cool down a phone. Cheaper options are available on youtube.
