Correct, but at least you’ll be able to get more experience regardless. At best you’ll have better chances of finding someone compatible with you and at worst you’ll gain a tolerance for rejection and it will hurt less bad. Either way you’ll get valuable experience in some form.

I reckon it’s a nice sounding mic for her voice type. Maybe a little bit heavy on the sub-bass, but I dig it. Its probably a $30 mic too.
Also, for those who don’t know, software does affect your recording quality. Mics dont artefact on their own
