Goths are actually extremely sweet and are ferocious guard dogs to those that need their assistance. Being hostile only to those that deserve it. I also like how goths hang around in groups of two or three so that the one that is getting bullied has more than one defender. I also like the "begrudging" sweetness you see in goths at times.
One of my better friends in high school was a goth witch. One of THE nicest and happiest people I have ever met!
There was this goth girl I met in art class, back in high school. Even though we were completely different, we bonded over our love for the Wu Tang Clan. She would introduce me to Metal. She was also one of the sweetest, most affectionate girls when you got to know her . I developed a little crush on her, but I was scared to say anything. I finally told her that I was crushing on her. She told me that she thought I was cute and had a crush on me also, but we never dated. We remained friends after high school, but eventuality lost contact.
This reminds me of a goth girl in my HS.. She was so sweet when you got to know her and fiercely protective over her friends. Maybe a few write ups for protecting said friends, but nothing too bad.
I a couple times stood security for a small 150+ people club 20 years ago. Where groups would sing and play, the gothic metal bands and crowd dressed up and never caused issues, nice vibes. The R&B ones that is a different question, each time there was blood on the floor, once even a skinhead got his skull cracked as he was pushed... Never figured out why they came to an R&B fest besides fighting?

Honestly, this video is not even so much appealing because it has a pretty goth girl talking to you, but just the vibe of being a teenager and sitting in a boring class, not really having a care for the rest of the world and just whispering to your neighbour about all kinds of small crap. Really one of life's fun things that I'm starting to miss more and more the older I get.

With this video i can confirm Glow does indeed try to read all the comments. Someone, dunno if he did it for good or bad, mentioned how it looked weird that the camera was looking at her when they were sitting next to each other on the last Girl in the Back Class video.
Next video with a similar theme, Glow puts a chair in front to show us the seating arrangement, so now it makes sense why the Camera looks at her. So much attention to detail, but also taking all criticism as positive feedback. Glow is awesome.

Goth Glow! Definitely more my speed in high school than previous ‘girls in the back of the class’ (nice as they are).
Music-wise, some metal, but a lot of Joy Division, The Cure, Nick Cave, Siouxsie and the Banshees, NIN (straddling line of Goth and metal). Had the internal attitude, but no fashion sense to speak of, Goth or otherwise.

Was about to post the exact same. So many people assume goths listen to death metal, but they hear a Cure or Depeche Mode song, and they're like, I didn't know you listened to THIS. To add to your goth music list, I'd also throw some 90's bands in there, like Switchblade Symphony, London After Midnight, and Faith & The Muse
@@SheriffScabs that's so true, I love Depeche Mode, my favorite era is around Songs of Faith and Devotion. I love that they can be very "dark" but at the same time danceable 🪩🕺

goth style reminds me of my dadds music's he listens to from many other artists.
The goth style is not a unfamiliar thing to me really, it hits way hard, back to my childhood, back when my dad sat down in his music room and listened to his music discs and let his mind wander. the songs I remember from his room is Dreamer and Under the Graveyard from Ozzy Osbourne and AC/DC's Thunderstruck. he told me one time that he at some point went to diffrent music festivals to the other artists he was interested in many times before. he can't remember how many time but it was many.
I was very shy emo kid as well, listened to alternative music. But I like this goth girl character, this is at least half my personality! I love Metal music btw. Good video Glow!
