Those are some good looking chops. The meat ones too. Lol. Great recipe with my favorites. I bet they come out fork tender. Mom always made the Shake and Bake version ("and I helped") because my brother and I didn't eat rice. He was the picky one. Pork chops were a treat. I'll have to try this recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Kristin, a little tip for you . . . next time use the bone-in pork chops. They cook up more tender than the boneless ones. As the saying goes, "the closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat!"
There was absolutely no point of putting the lemon garlic seasoning directly on the meat like that. Next time maybe sear the seasoning onto the meat using a skillet first

I don't know I you could eat that ? First, always rinse your rice to get the starch out and impurities because it make your rice sticky and mushy. Secondly, when you make long rice, anybrand, it's 0ne cup of rice for 1 1/2 cup water and if you stir fry it's 1 cup of rice for 1 1/4 cup of water..... You have put 1 1/2 cup of rice for 2 cup bouillon store bought and with 2 big can of can soup ???? That 5 cups of liquid and you didn't rinse nor soaked the rice??? For 1 1/2 cup of rice you need 2 1/2 of water, not more!!! And never put raw pork chop in liquid like you did because it will boiled???? And you had salty seasonings on the pork chop while there 2 cup of bouillon in with 2 big can of cream soup you rice will be very salty???? Anyways I don't know if someone did your recipes but it's waist, waiting food? Your pork chops was without any coating, nor crispyness IT WAS LITERALLY BOILED and your rice was ...... oh my!!!! WAS SO NASTY TO SEE? IT WAS ALL MUSHY AND STICKY!!!! THAT RECIPES IS A MESS GIRL YOU SHOULDN'T DO THAT BECAUSE YOU MAKE YOUNG PEOPLES WITHOUT SKILLS IN COOKING OR PEOPLES WHO DON'T COOK MUCH TO DO YOUR RECIPES AND FINALLY WAIST ALL THAT FOOD ....because honestly, that recipe is a NUMBER 1 FAILURE!!!!! brown the chops in a pan or with a torch before for better tasting meat, I also like using bone-in when its bake together stuff like this
