Great Tips!!!! I keep forgetting to use the clove hitch. Thanks for the reminder!!!
The clove hitch has always been one of my go to knots
Some good tips. Thanks!
Thanks for watching Earl
So much fun!
You know after this video you can never become a serial killer...FBI can identify them by their knots 😀. Seriously though very informative video and easy to follow.
😄😄darn there goes retirement hobby.
I like the truckie hitch a little more. I use the same method for my extension cords, but I haven't been doubling up the cord. I like your method better.
Thanks Jerry ! Glad it helped a little!
Loved the retro to my rock climbing days...Seriously appreciated this energy and focus...
Once again, always learn something useful. Haha. Great vid
Nice demonstration of the bowline! I struggles to understand that in the coast guard many years ago. Idk why it was so complicated in my mind but seeing you do it made it look easy. So thanks!
Cool Dallas I'm glad it helped. :)
Thanks for the tips.
You're very welcome John, thanks for watching!

Some great tips! We really like the extension cord one, but the knots will be very useful too. Sorry we missed you at Maker Faire, but maybe the next one we can hook up. Congrats on hitting over 3K!
So glad you both had a great time at Maker Faire! I loved following your updates and seeing the pictures on Instagram!
👍🏻👍🏻
Rope jiujitsu :)
Cool trick with the extension cord. I've seen it wrapped up like that before but couldn't figure out how to do it.
Also, it's half hitch, not half inch.😉 I'm pretty sure you know that as I think you said half hitch in the beginning but towards the end you said half inch a couple of times.
haha yeah I find myself stumbling over my words sometimes. The mouth is doing what the brain wants :)
Oops just seen where to send, will do later today.
Oh cool
Your cord will now not lay flat on the ground and will always be a bigger trip hazard.
Ah but the secret is to be smarter than the cord...pull out more cord and tape it down or place it in a cable trough or hang it out of the way. This tip is about storing the cord so it doesn't get tangled. You still need to use common sense when setting up your work space.
Ok, that was awesome, with the gators. The tie-down. I got one better and easier. I will make a little iPhone video and email it too you. I have no idea what’s the name of this tie. Where can I email to you?
Cool looking forward to it! rogueartist@artfullyrogue.com
Hauling up heavy motors sounds like you use to be an AC guy.
Actually I was a rigger for various road shows and Las Vegas theatres :)
Ship extension cords to Doug and wait (:
Haha thanks Jace :)
